My experience could not have been better- everyone that I worked with, from office staff through installers, was both very professional and personable, and the equipment installed is working perfectly.

We have used them on several occasions and they are fantastic. Good communication skills always on time. Pleasant and beyond helpful.

Jason at Frederickson Electric has been our rep... He's helpful and understands other contractor delays... couldn't be happier with Frederickson work. They put in two new panels (main home and shop sub feed) for our service upgrade, did the conduit work and main shop panel/lights/garage door opener outlet. They coordinated everything with PUD and the L&I inspection.
Thank you to everyone that worked on the project!

Had an issue with two outlets nt getting power callled the All Stars at Frederickson WOW young man came out explianed what he was doing and where the issue was while it was a simple fix it was one I would not have been able to solve Hired the experts wil be having them do the rest of my wiring on my Kitchen remodel Know I will be happy with their work

I called Frederickson Electric about a breaker problem in my panel, and they had Alonzo a very knowledgeable , personable, and most efficient Electrician answer my call within 4 hours.
The problem was fixed, along with an explanation of why it occurred which was great.
If I were to rate their customer service, efficiency and wonderful business acumen on a 10 point scale….I give them an 11.

Today was the final day of our heat pump installation. What a joy it has been working with your team! Everyone, from the person we've dubbed "No Bullshit Joe", to Dan, who expertly backed his truck and trailer into our driveway to haul away the old oil tank, was on time, courteous, upbeat, and professional in every way.
Joe was not the first person we'd talked to about putting in a new heating system. The mixed advice we'd gotten left us feeling anxious and confused. Having a time limit on the rebates added to the pressure. Then, Joe came to our rescue! Joe stood head and shoulders above the competition. His straight talk was easy to understand, and he was endlessly patient. His knowledge was impressive, making us feel confident that we were in good hands.
Tom and Nick couldn't have been better representatives of your company: They arrived on time to install the system and were efficient and good-natured. You are fortunate to have such hard-working employees.
Finally, Stephen was great too. Very personable, he carefully explained how to operate the equipment and answered all our questions.
Jeff and I couldn't have been more pleased with Frederickson Electric. Your team worked together like a well-oiled machine.

I wish there was a 4.5, I'm a critical consumer. I had three estimates for the replacement of my Heat Pump and Air Handler/furnace. One was thrown out. The other two were different but overall there was a tie. I wanted to go with Frederickson knowing they were would be more expensive. I chose them because they are local and have such a good reputation. The installation was easy, and done in two days. With the final pressure check done over the weekend. By Monday the job was done, just in time for some warm weather. Only time will tell is my choice was a good one.

Two visits in one day from Frederickson's folks. One to install a light fixture, the other to check out the heat pump and furnace to make sure they're solid for the upcoming fall and winter. Both technicians were professional, and completed their work competently. Happy with how the day went with these guys.

I had a three head ductless mini-split system installed. By far the best contractor I’ve ever worked with! Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Excellent communication both before and during the job. They worked clean, paid attention to detail and really autographed their work with quality.

I was literally stressed out beyond comprehension after I received an estimate for 18k from a local HVAC company. I was told by two of their employees, a day apart, that my HVAC system could not be repaired and needed to be replaced immediately.
I called Frederickson after a recommendation was given to me by a trusted friend. Stephan came out promptly and repaired my system for approximately 1k !!! I’m still in disbelief. Stephan was polite, professional, effecient. I will always use this company and recommend highly.

Crew was early(!) for their job and were super friendly, respectful and obviously journeymen electrician witch doctors. Listened and did their appointed tasks. Couldn't ask for more, really.

Frederickson Electric ⚡️ did a great job installing an additional fuse box so we could install a newer oven and cooktop. Scheduling was easy. They were even able to move up the installation date.
