Appointment was made quickly, customer service was great. They were honest in letting me know they could fix it, but it would be more cost effective to replace rather than repair my older machine

Sid is great! He quickly diagnosed our oven needed a new element on Thursday, but he didn't have it in his van.
(He also told me that another concern I had with our refrigerator was unfounded! He even showed me how to check, if I ever question again that the special heater is working in the freezer door. )
He assured me that he would have the correct part (even if he had to order it from Florida!) and have my oven working by Christmas! He found the part in his stock and got me on the schedule for today. Just left - oven is back on track in plenty of time! What a relief!!

Accurate Service was awesome! Darla helped me diagnose my disposal problem, offered suggestions of where to find a new one and set up a service call for a few days later. The service tech was prompt and polite. All in all a great job!

Their customer service is amazing. I had the privilege of working with the owner. My appointment was scheduled quickly and he addressed all my concerns. I couldn't ask for better service work on the repair of my appliances. They've repaired my washer and now my microwave. I highly recommend Accurate Service.

I am having a similar problem with an i.p. address from this area, but checking Google maps it looks as though there are apartments directly behind this building. I'm thinking this is where the con artists are located.

Never showed up for appointment that was scheduled. Waited at home during the entire 3 hour window without so much as a phone call. Would not recommend until they improve their customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would, so the one star is for calling me back when I requested an appointment in the first place. Update: I was finally contacted about an hour and a half after they were supposed to show up, and while the repair person seemed kind on the phone and mentioned that he was running late, in the age of technology, that is no excuse, considering cell phone and texting capabilities. If I had received so much as a phone call or text prior to the end of the three hour window, I would have been much more amenable to using their service.
