We had our carpets cleaned today by Javier and are extremely happy with the results. We originally scheduled 3 rooms to be cleaned but asked Javier if he thought he could get the stains out of a fourth bedroom with badly stained carpet. He said he thought he could, and to our surprise, he was able to remove every stain. We are more than happy that he saved us from replacing the carpet as we recently recieved an $800.00 + estimate for new carpet. Javier was very friendly and professional, the price for all four rooms was very reasonable, and he did an amazing job on all of our rooms. We will definitely use Chavez Cleaning Service in the future!

I noticed the carpet cleaning van down a few homes from where I live. Made the call and Javier was at my home immediately after finishing up his prior appointment. He was friendly and knowledgeable of carpets and carpet stains. We had recently dog watched a neighbors small dog and the pooch left a couple stains. I had cleaned them but after a couple weeks, the spots returned. Javier treated them and so far it looks perfect. Will have them over on a regular basis.

As a real estate agent, I've been working with Javier for years for my clients. Javier does steam deep cleaning so professional. His wife does a maid service very well. I trust them so much.

Such a phenomenal job! They came on a short notice to clean our carpets and rugs, and did the entire house extremely well. So happy with not just the result but the quality of the people. Would definitely use them again in the future.

The cleaning service is always good. Our lives involve a fair amount of time outside and we and our dog track in lots of dirt snd leaves which grind into the carpet. The carpet is also old. After Juarez comes through it looks rejuvenated and refreshed. We recommend Chavez cleaning to all.

Javier was courteous and professional, ensuring we walked through the house before he began to make sure we were on the same page about what needed to be done. He arrived on time and completed the work effectively but efficiently. Veronica and her colleague performed a thorough and thoughtful cleaning of our house, going as far as suggesting other areas of the house they could clean since they finished their work ahead of schedule. I’ve always used Chavez Cleaning for my carpets and they’ve done a wonderful job each time. They outdid themselves, tho, when our dog deeply cut his foot in our yard and created a murder scene in our house before I realized what happened! Chavez shuffled appts and came out immediately to start cleaning ginormous blood stains from my carpets, upstairs and down. They did an amazing job and I’m still so grateful! These folks are AMAZING! I spilled nail polish on the carpet in my rental and was turned down by a couple other services I called first. Javier was confident and helpful, and guess what, he COMPLETELY removed the stain. He made my entire carpeting look as perfect as new. The company we normally use wasn’t available for a move-out clean and we needed it done quickly. Chavez Cleaning came out on short notice and did a fantastic job!! They offered deodorizer for a small additional fee and it was well worth the cost. The carpets looked new and smelled fresh and clean. Very pleased with their service!
