We have had a great experience working with Rich Landscaping, who has been providing landscaping services for the Montaine neighborhood since 2012. Their team has consistently been professional, responsive, and dependable over the years.

They do an excellent job maintaining the common areas, keeping the neighborhood looking clean and well-maintained. Their services include landscape maintenance, irrigation system support, tree and plant care, seasonal cleanup, and overall property upkeep.

What truly stands out is their dedication and reliability year-round — rain, shine, snow, or storms, their crews are always there making sure the neighborhood is cared for and safe. It has been a pleasure partnering with a company that genuinely cares about the appearance and upkeep of the community.

We would gladly recommend Rich Landscaping to other HOAs and neighborhoods looking for reliable, high-quality landscaping services.

Rich landscaping is a great company. Their technician are professional and respectful. They cleaned up all of the areas I asked to be cleaned up and afterwards asked if there is anything else they can do before they are done for the day. I really appreciate the hard work they do to upkeep the property and to make sure all residents are happy. I was shocked to read a 1-Star review of Rich's Landscaping. As the Operations Coordinator for 4 large, garden-style apartment complexes, I can attest to the fact that Rich's, and Sean in particular (whom I have known for several years), is always there whenever we need them. Knowledgeable, courteous, and comprehensive, you cannot go wrong with Rich's. I highly recommend them.

Richs Landscape was brought on about 6 years ago to do the landscaping maintenance in our development and they have done an outstanding job. When we have an issue with a downed tree, broken sprinkler or another common area issue a phone call to Josh and it's taken care of.

We also asked them (David) if their design group could come up with options for updating our soccer park. Their design group came up with a number of possibilities that we narrowed down to one. Again a great job.
