Don was awesome. He was able to fix our dishwasher when other “repair” services wouldn’t service us, saying it was over 10 years old and should be replaced. Don knew what to do then showed me how to maintain it better.

The service technician, Scott, called the day before to confirm his ETA. He arrived on time, wore a mask, and brought everything he needed with him. My dishwasher problem, a Miela Advanta Series panel ready model was discovered quickly and repaired the same day with parts Scott had in his van. This kind of preparedness is appreciated. I’m pleased with Appliance Service Station, the service tech, and the money saved in not buying a new dishwasher. I recommend giving them a call for your appliance repair needs.

I have used A.S.S. on several occasions, last year to fix my oven and most recently this past November when my dishwasher stopped working. This place "gets-it". Great results and top-notch customer service. They showed up on time, and leave their work area clean. They are responsive and do great work. Each of the appliances they have worked on have performed like new following the repairs. You can't go wrong with A.S.S.

Appliance Service Station did a great job attempting to resolve the issues with my oven. Each visit was done professionally and they were transparent about what they were doing to work with Miele to resolve the issue. Most of the time spent waiting was due to supply chain issues and waiting on parts from Miele. Dustin was nice and while I was frustrated with the situation (a broken oven for multiple months), it wasn't his fault and he did his best to fix the issue. I also received a couple of calls from the office and again, they were great at keeping me updated with where we stand on the issue. I can't speak on cost here as this was an issue covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If I have appliance issues in the future, I would give them a call!

Our repair man was on time, diagnosed the problem and had the part in his truck. He was, courteous, careful and polite.

I had a fabulous experience with this company. They came to my home multiple times to identify and repair the issue with our stove. Ordered a number of parts to troubleshoot until they identified the culprit. Always kind, informative and courteous. Dave was our point person, supported by Scott. They were great. Will definitely contact them in future if issues arise.
