Tech showed up exactly on time, determined that there was nothing wrong with the dryer, and recommended that I arrange repair of the duct (which was blocked). They do not provide this service but were very helpful with recommendations. I appreciate the honest punctual service and would definitely call them again.

We needed a ice maker installed in out new refridgerator, so I called Rob for help again. He showed up when he said he would and he did a great job getting it installed. It is noce to have ice being made automatically again. 5 Starts again.

Rob's Appliance was great for us today. Our dryer stopped heating, so we called them this morning. They came by this afternoon and quickly spotted and fixed the problem. Great service.

Craig was amazing and efficient! We called and the next day he was at our house with the part to fix our refrigerator. It took him about 5 minutes to fix our problem and he was in and out! I would highly recommend him!

Craig did an outstanding job fixing my Jenn-Air oven today. He was on-time, did the job quickly and gave some excellent advice regarding future maintenance, etc. Nice guy. too!

Just wrapped up a terrific repair visit (fixing a refrigerator water filter housing that failed). Scheduling was straightforward and quick, price estimates were provided upfront and reasonable. In addition, I received a healthy dose of prevention tips to keep an eye out for this same problem (or others like it) in the future, as well as guidance on to help make the fridge more efficient. Overall an awesome experience!

Our clothes dryer started making a most terrible screeching sound that was worse than fingernails on a blackboard. We have had Rob's Appliance out in the past and have always been happy with their service. But due to the COVID we had to wait for them to get back in operation. The day that happened I called and two days later they were out here to fix the problem - had the necessary part in his truck and replaced it quickly. On time, good service, polite and professional service man. Couldn't ask for more. They are our go-to appliance repair service.

Unlike another place we called, Rob's called back quickly, scheduled our appointment and Craig, the technician, arrived exactly when they said they would. Craig diagnosed the problem quickly, had the part we needed on hand, and installed it promptly. He was polite, professional, and very helpful. We've used Rob's before and will do so again when necessary.

First of all I have to say how great Carol is. She is friendly courteous and works very hard to schedule you as soon as possible. We have used Robs for close to 25 years. The technician. Craig is great. He is always on time and knows what the problem is quickly and does his best to get you back on track. Can't say enough.

Rob's provided us with top notch excellent service! From the office to the actual repair, a complete 5 star rating, without question. Their tech, Craig, was on time, efficient, and a great guy! He was very knowledgeable, highly skilled, honest, and was able to get an old washer repaired for us quickly and at a reasonable cost. We are so thankful we reached out to Rob's appliance to checkout our 2nd refrigerator. While we thought we might have to replace it entirely, we were pleased to learn a quick fix was all that was needed. Our experience from scheduling through repair was fantastic. I have had two service call experiences with Service Tech Craig of Rob's Appliance Service. Craig is now 2 for 2 for solving my problems efficiently and effectively. Recently he fixed my clogged dishwasher in under 15 min. My first service call was when Craig quickly diagnosed the problem to my downdraft vent hood issue and helped me order the parts for the lowest cost to me. I appreciate Craig's politeness, personable nature and punctuality. I feel like I can be at ease to rely on their services for my future appliance service needs. After having one of the worst experiences with another repair company, I was weary to bring someone else in. However, I needed my dryer fixed. When I called, I got the owner directly and he took the time to listen to my concerns from the previous company, try to diagnose what was wrong, and provide a quote.

As a homeowner and a landlord, I need someone that I can TRUST- who is going to tell me exactly what I need or don’t need, how much it’ll cost (without extra surprises), be professional & provide good service. Craig was awesome! He knew exactly what was wrong and had my refrigerator working correctly right away. Craig was on time and very polite. We will use Rob’s Appliance Service in the future. Great customer service and I didn’t have to wait a long time for an appointment.

Our garbage disposal started dripping, my first call was to Craig at Rob's Appliance Service (they saved our washing machine before and are my first call when I have any issues with appliances). We chatted, I sent some photos, he ordered the part and showed up exactly on time to fix it. The sink works better than before-- I think he fixed MORE than just the garbage disposal, or else I didn't realize how important a working disposal is to a sink). Efficient and effective! I can't recommend Rob's Appliance Service enough. My old set is going to last FOREVER!

Our dryer "died" at 12:15 a.m. I called Rob's at 8:00 a.m. Very friendly, very professional. Asked for make, model and age of our dryer, checked their calendar and schedule. They indicated what time they would be at our home and set expectations appropriately and they arrived right on time (slightly early, actually). I have never had an appliance repair tech do such a thorough testing of a failing appliance. Each test was professionally explained. Once the problem was identified the repair was quickly made. The cost was less than what I had anticipated. From my first call to my dryer repaired and running was less than four hours. All in all, we are quite pleased.

I have a 13 year young bottom freezer refrigerator, which I love, and has been ever faithful, until this week when I found a pool of frozen ice in the freezer floor. Realizing it’s age, I headed online and in person to stores to purchase a new one. What I found was nothing that fits the smaller size kitchen real estate is available or can even be ordered due to supply line shortages. I knew immediately who to call, Rob’s Appliance Repair. I’ve used this firm for over 25 years and have always been delighted w/their knowledge, professionalism and reasonable prices, and I’m a picky lady. They’ve kept washing machines, dryers, dishwashers and now my refrigerator going in a pinch. I called and got through to a real person! Craig told me exactly what I needed to do w/the unit until he arrived so it would be ready for necessary work to correct this issue. He asked if it wasn’t too much trouble if I could wear a mask, which I appreciated. Not to mention, I’d have put on a hazmat suit if he’d come fix this thing!
Craig showed me much about my refrigerator which I didn’t know, fixed the issue w/o drama and headed out. He even admired the cuteness of my yapping Pekingese and took her in stride. What a relief to have a dependable knowledgeable place to call when you need them in a pinch. Thank you Craig! I appreciate you!

Craig from Rob's Appliance has been out to help us twice now. Our 2yr old dryer stopped working last Oct. They scheduled us pretty quick and he was able to replace the motor in no time. Today he helped us with our stove top. Replacing the burner and the switch that stopped working. He is very knowledgeable and has great advice to help our appliances last longer. And the cost is very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

From the beginning, Craig was knowledgeable, communicative, and easy to work with. He made sure to ask me for the model# of our faulty dryer on the first call, and then he met me at our appointment with the right part ready to go.

This is the 3rd time I've had Rob's Appliance Service help my dryer. It's an older dryer but Rob's keeps it running! After hearing it squeak, I called Rob's immediately. The last time it did this I waited until it barely ran anymore and they suggested I be a little more proactive if it happened again. They scheduled me right away. They are all so friendly. When I talk to them on the phone, it's like talking to a friend. Craig showed up earlier than scheduled (which was great for me!), was professional and friendly and had my dryer back in tip-top shape within 30 minutes. He let me chat his ear off while he worked which I thought was really nice. I will always call Rob's first whenever one of my appliances starts giving me attitude. Thanks again Rob's for keeping my older appliances running like new, and for being such great folks to work with while doing it!

When I called Rob's, Craig diagnosed the problem over the phone, arrived promptly with the part that needed replacing, reassembled the refrigerator, and talked me through so I would understand every step. Craig took the time to help me figure out how to turn off/on the refrigerator electronically, without needing to pull out the refrigerator. Craig is extremely knowledgeable, professional, hard-working, and honest. We have used Rob's several times and we highly recommend their services!

Craig took care of a failed fridge ice-maker this time, and has fixed several appliance breakdowns for me in the past. Always with great results, and plenty of free, cost saving advice.
