VERY EASY WORKING WITH "TY PARROTTE" (SPECTRUM CONSTRUCTION SERVICES)(RENTON WASHINGTON) HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO SEE THAT THE JOB (AND MATERIALS) WERE ACCEPTABLE AND PLEASED US.CHARLES IN "ACCOUNTING" WAS ALSO VERY HELPFUL.

All issues were addressed professionally. Final project was completed to our high standards.

Shilly and Martin were amazing, the communication, the quality of the work, the attention to detail...They did such a great job. In the past I have felt like my concerns were dismissed with other contactors or felt like I wasn't being listened to at all in some cases but I never felt like that once with them. We are beyond happy with the work that was done and our kitchen looks better than I even imagined it would. Shilly gave great recommendations and really went to bat for us to be sure we got the look that we wanted within a budget we could handle. I honestly cannot say enough about how amazing they were. Everyone involved was great but Shilly and Martin really stood out with the level of service. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do renovations!!

I had a fire claim with usaa.
After a myriad of practically ridiculous estimates from USAA, I had the BLISSFUL REFERRAL by usaa to Spectrum Construction company.
Shilly their construction and repair officer took over the apparent overwhelming task to satisfy the required USAA paperwork, The result was that USAA recognized that the initial estimate was not sufficient. The result was A SEAMLESS AND OUTSTANDING REPAIR job of the many areas affected the residence cover gracefully by usaa Insurance.

My suggestion to you all- if you ever have an insurance claim or any construction /repair contact either shilly or charles at Spectrum construction in seattle - YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID.

We were very happy with Spectrum's services to restore our basement bathroom and recreation room after a flood. Shilly paid close attention to details and was able to work productively with our homeowner's insurance company. Workers were skilled and efficient. Thank you Spectrum!

Spectrum was a fantastic partner in our house repair. Being an architect by trade, my expectations are high with any trades work. I can say, without fail, Barry and his team exceeded my expectations with excellent communications, clear intents and outstanding craftsman at each phase. I shall be referring them again and again given the opportunity. Job well done….

Our rental unit in Renton suffered wind damage to the electrical supply mast; though service was not interrupted, our insurance company covered the repair. Spectrum Services was awarded the job, and was scheduled to begin the repair in mid-March, when Puget Sound Energy informed them that the job required two flaggers to monitor traffic during the service disconnect and reconnect, and that only PSE could provide them.
This began a seven-month effort by Shilly of Spectrum to schedule the flaggers that PSE required, who had to be scheduled through PSE. ( PSE was uncooperative, unresponsive, and uninterested.) After six months of effort, Shilly was able to make contact with a problem-solver within PSE and get the flaggers scheduled; the electrician was notified, the electrical work was completed - in one long day,, if memory serves. Three days later, the job was done.
I commend Spectrum - and Shilly - for their many months of frustrated efforts until they finally got our little job done! Thanks, guys! Kurt Helmgren

Each project has been an opportunity to deliver gutter installations and repairs with the highest standards of quality and efficiency, ensuring complete client satisfaction. We deeply appreciate the trust and the professional treatment extended by Spectrum to Tiger Gutter Service.

Our insurance company USAA listed Spectrum as a preferred contractor for our bathroom repair, and the experience was very disappointing.

We were charged for work that was never actually completed, and those amounts were not refunded or credited. The project was closed without a proper final walkthrough or close-out review.

Overall, the lack of accountability and follow-through left us with the impression that integrity was not a priority in how the project was handled.

I would not recommend this company based on our experience.
