The most inconvenient ordering system. These people are living in the past I don't understand why it is that hard to buy something from yall

Horrible experience! I called their store in Seattle and then Renton 5 (FIVE) times in the morning and afternoon to place an order and nobody answered the damn phone! Called the 800 number and the same thing. Sometimes they would answer and transfer to another number that didn't answer.
