Great plumber, fast dispatch, fair price. Called a few other companies for bids on a simple project. We were very unhappy with the lack of transparency with both of those other companies. The Plumbing Joint dispatch gave a rough estimate, ETA, and what to expect. Plumber, I think his name was Dakota, was on time, very friendly, professional, and did a great job. He gave some helpful advice without feeling like he was pushing additional service. Went above and beyond and fixed a separate issue while here.

The billing was transparent and fair. Overall, very pleased with this company and they will be the first ones I call if needed in the future.

The Plumbing Joint took care of our drain clog quickly and professionally. Dispatch took care of scheduling quickly, and communicated the pricing and timeline very well. The technician, Zach, arrived promptly, explained what he was doing, and got everything taken care of and invoiced in no time at all. Very satisfied with the whole process, and would recommend.

Chris, the plumber, did an excellent job replacing an old toilet. He arrived on time, got the job done fast, and left the area clean. The new toilet functions flawlessly, and he ensured everything was level and securely installed. The price was reasonable, and he was easy going, which is a plus. I highly recommend. We will be calling them back soon to replace a disposal.
