Great experience! After hearing from Puget Sound Energy that my gas supply service line wasn’t enough for tankless they were able to switch my install plan on the same day to a tanked heater. Tom was extremely professional and knowledgeable and did an awesome job doing the install.

Definitely recommend them for any Heating, AC, or Water heater needs!

Recent water heater replacement. Excellent communication and customer service from the office, technician and owner. Ran into an unexpected snag on initial visit but they came out the very next day to do the install. The technician took the time to explain everything prior to starting work and answered all questions. The install went perfectly. Pricing was very fair. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them for future projects if the need arises.

Tom at Washington Water Heaters was great to work with. He showed up quickly and on time to look at the job, got us a quote quickly, got us scheduled for the water heater replacement quickly, and showed up on time again for the install. Then, he quickly replaced our old tank water heater with a tankless unit and did a really nice job. Final price was exactly as quoted and within the price range I expected for the job, which was several thousand less than a quote I got from one of the national chain places. Tom is a nice guy, too, and didn't mind that I was hanging around and watching. Love our new Navien tankless water heater so far. Highly recommended.

Tom came out to descale my tankless hot water heater. The guy is professional, gracious and extremely competent, which has been my consistent experience with all the folks at his firm. He showed up exactly when he promised, and efficiently performed the needed tasks, keeping me entertained with our conversation, and even doing an additional faucet tweak graciously that wasn’t on the job description, for which I’m grateful. They are the best in the business!

I have used WA Water Heaters 4 separate times now (2 different houses over 20 years), and have had a very positive experience each time. They have never tried to 'oversell' hot water systems or services, and have been so knowledgeable and helpful. They are my 'go-to' for hot water.

Professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Came out immediately to give us a quote. After we gave the go ahead, new replacement boiler was installed within a few days.

I recently had to replace my tankless hot water heater. It was 14 years old and not functioning well. I got quotes from four companies. I thoroughly interviewed the plumbers who would do the work. It was clear that Len at Washington Water Heaters was the most experienced and most qualified. The company also came in with a very good price. One quote was four times higher than WWH. (Make sure to do your homework!) Len and an apprentice completed the work is about four hours and my system works better than ever now. Len also discovered that my pressure reduction valve was set too low, so he set it properly and I love the increased pressure for showers. I have a rather complicated heating system and not everyone knows how to do this work. WWH can do any job - plumbing, heating or cooling. I highly recommend Steve (in management) and Len (the licensed plumber) for any job you need. They do much more than water heaters.

Highly recommend Washington water heaters for replacing water tank. Scheduling was very easy. Our technician, Ryan, came on time and was very knowledgeable. He answered any questions we had in regards to water tank vs tankless water heater. He provided estimates for both types with the specific models that would be used. For installation, Ryan was the person who came to replace the water tank and would check with us on where wanted the water tank to be placed to ensure it would not interfere with the existing things in our garage (furnace, fridge, etc). Payment was also very easy. Overall very professional, knowledgeable, and kept us updated about the work done.

This team did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with our tankless water heater. They scheduled our repair immediately and fixed the problem within 48 hours. Very helpful, friendly and went beyond the assignment to ensure everything was in perfect condition before leaving.

I qualified for Snohomish County PUD's HEAR (Home Electrification and Rebates) program, and gave Tom and his team a call to have a new 75 gallon heat pump water heater installed.

Scheduling was a breeze and Tom showed up 5 minutes before the appointment time. Installation took him and his partner about 4 hours to complete, and they were very professional.

Tom and his team also noticed some exposed copper piping above my garage door and insulated it free of charge!

I would highly recommend this company!
