We are building a house. The technician (Hans) just came and helped with evening out our two story system. He went above and beyond to help us out. He explained everything and even followed up to ensure we understood everything and had all the knowledge we needed moving forward! They’ve been great!

Americool is one of the best companies that we have worked with. Their communication is great and they are prompt. Jacob came out and serviced our heat pump, found the issue and fixed it right away. Thank you!

Justin is a great guy came by for a service call. I appreciate his honesty and letting me know that our unit is not reperable. They built up a quote and now we are waiting for insurance too approve for installation

Justin and Tony know their stuff. Tony is always patient and polite and takes time to answer my questions. Justin has only been here a couple times but so far he seems to be following the same path of politeness and patience. I appreciate service techs who don’t act like they’re rushed to leave onto the next job. This company cares and takes time with the customer to ensure when they leave I’m not left with any confusion.

The person who scheduled my appointment was very friendly. Technician came the same day, explained everything that needed fixed in detail, and was pleasant to work with. Highly recommend for any HVAC needs!

Tony did my 6 month service on all of my HVAC systems- changing filters, cleaning everything and making any necessary adjustments. It went smoothly and quickly. He answered all of my questions. He always helps me understand how the systems function when I ask, and shows me any adjustments I can choose to make if I want. He and others at Americool are always professional and courteous- a joy to work with.

Moved into new Construction in a split level home and was very cold downstairs. The technician came and explained the system and did a reset to improve the airflow level and it made the situation so much better! Politely and quickly and answered all questions. I was impressed with their service.

When Jacob from Americool arrived, we were expecting just an estimate for the work we wanted done. To our surprise, the estimate was very reasonable and Jacob said he could install our new smart thermostat right then if we wanted him to. We took advantage of his offer. We were impressed with Jacob’s knowledge and professional demeanor. Before he left, he made sure all of our questions were answered and he went over his review of our furnace.

My AC went out around 3 PM today (Friday). I called Americool and they dispatched Justin. He arrived around 6:20 PM. He found the problem, fixed it and was on his way to the next job by 6:55. A very pleasant young man, efficient and knowledge. Definitely
will use them and request Justin for my future needs.

Had a retro fit central heating pump installed into our 1952 home. We were provided multiple options and quotes for install. They did a great job and reasonable pricing! We are very happy with the install.

We have been very happy with Americool's service! You receive polite, courtesy with all transactions & excellent product. We use a Merv 8 - 16X25X4" filter. We order a case as it's reasonably priced that way!

Americool did a great job and was very quick to come take care of our AC issue. Called them at 4:45 pm and service called at 5:30 pm to let me know he was on the way. Jacob was outstanding and I won’t hesitate to call them again!

We came home to a very hot house did everything we could think of to figure out what was going on, but when we exhausted everything we could think of so we called Americool customer service. Thank you Americool for sending Jacob out to fix our heat pump! We had an after hours call which could have been very expensive, but Jacob asked me what was going on listened to everything I tried and worked very quickly and efficiently to fix the problem within the first time before extra charges came into play. Before Jacob left he took a moment to bring in a maintenance plan and explained it to us.
We have referred multiple customers to Americool and will continue to let our friends know about them they are very professional.
