I scheduled an appointment for them to perform a diagnosis and give me a quote. At 45 mins late, I didn't receive a call, couldn't reach anyone at the office and had no way of contacting them other than the email correspondence they started with me. I'm disappointed in their lack of communication and professionalism. Even if someone shows up eventually, I will not do business with them. What a waste of effort and time.
