All reviews for Premier Pools

We highly recommend Premier Pools they installed our inground pool with power hard cover.,that came out amazing along with hot tub. We also had privacy fencing and safety fencing installed.. Then to top it off is the artificial grass this whole experience has been wonderful along with comments from friends and family that say our backyard looks like a resort!

Wonderful experience.

Got a leak on pool pipe. Christian and chuy helped me fixing it. Did a good job and very professional.

Excellent customer service, I was beyond happy with their work they were very commutative throughout the entire process..Highly recommend.....Definitely be keeping it cool with Premier Pool!!

These guys always make sure our complex pool is tiptop! Great service and easy to deal with. Definitely recommend Premier Pools!

Our hot tub waterline was crusted with hard water. Kelly and Jesus worked magic (3+ hours) cleaned like a new tub. Thank you, thank you!

Kelly is Awesome! Willing and would help with anything about Pool Safety and Care. Daily Maintenance is Required to have a Safe, Clean and Crystal Clear Water.

Able and his crew did an outstanding job. They replaced the 8' fiberglass steps and pool liner, paying careful attention to every detail of the project. Thanks for a job well done!

Couldn't be happier with how our pool turned out by Brent and his team at Premier Pools. We were kept in the loop throughout every step of the process and they delivered a premium finished product. We've since been utilizing their regular maintenance to keep our pool in the best shape possible. In an industry clouded with spotty workmanship and iffy reputations, we're thoroughly satisfied with our concrete pool.

On time and great quality. I found the contractor that trained all the other pool guys in town.

Brent and his team at Premier Pools are truly talented and can make your dreams of a backyard oasis a reality!

Service was awesome. They increased our fire pit size and were extremely careful to make it so beautiful! Very happy with results of these three gentlemen!

Jessie and Crew have done awesome work on our Landscaping.
Brett and Holli are great business owners, and will do whatever possible to provide you with a great experience during the build, and an awesome pool when they are all done. Strongly recommend!

We love our pool, Premier pools did an excellent job building it and continues to service it. We appreciate the quality and the design of our pool

We have a 90,000 gallon pool. Premier Pools have kept us supplied with chemicals and more for nearly 15 years out of 4 locations. Always helpful

Brent and team has percevered and overcome many obstacles presented during the course of the project... a rediculuce permit process by Walla Walla County Community Development that drug out for over 4 months...a 100 year old cement underground cement cellar uncovered in the pool excavation...a 4 foot diameter stump that had to be dug up by hand...and lastly the weather as the project is being done through the winter.

Can't wait for the finished project!

Josh was fantastic to work with!! my husband and i loved his design and shared vision for our swimming pool. i strongly encourage anyone looking to build a swimming pool to contact Premier Pools and ask for Josh.

The craftsmanship of their work is impeccable. We are beyond happy with our beautiful backyard oasis! Premier had great communication with us on site and off. The whole process was a pleasure!

Premier Pools has been amazing to work with. From day one, they made me feel comfortable and kept me updated the whole time. Anytime I had a question, they answered it fast and were always kind about it. They went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out just right. You can tell they really care about their customers. I’m really happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone.

When my wife and I were deciding what pool company to go with we called premier out and Josh came. He did such a good job breaking down our vision. He took measurements. Looked over our plot plan and septic plans. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough space to build a swimming pool. What we loved about him was instead of him turning around and walking out he asked us what we thought about re-landscaping the whole back yard. He talked about a louvered pergola, outdoor kitchen, fire pit. Planting trees and plants. We agreed. Once we came in to see our 3D design we were blown away. Fast forward to now my wife and I love our outdoor living space. Thank you so much Josh. Thank you again Premier.
