Had an amazing experience with Henco for plumbing and handling a large leak in our waterline. They were fast, friendly and reasonable. We had a wonderful tech, Austin, who gave us excellent options in terms of approach and pricing. Would definitely recommend them and plan on hiring them for future plumbing and electrical work!

Leo provided great service. He provided us a free water heater replacement estimate. He was timely, very personable and knowledgeable. He treated us with respect and provided excellent information for us to consider. He answered all our questions timely. Great job.

When our old drain lines failed under the house we called Henco because we had been pleased with their prior work. We called late Friday, and they had someone there early Monday. We were fine with not having an after-hours callout, so this is just what we hoped for. The assessment was that all our 60+ year old galvanized drain lines needed to be updated. It is spendy, but what we needed. They arranged spill remediation for Tuesday morning and started working the replacement the same day. We’re back to normal services at the end of the workday on Wednesday. We’re very pleased. We decided to take care of the drywall repairs ourselves as we didn’t feel their subcontractor was very competitively priced, but we may find that we’re wrong. Very happy with the 0% financing offered so we have time to arrange the money details over a few months. Overall, a very prompt and professional job.

Leo was awesome. He was super informative and got me set in the right direction for getting my tankless water heater replaced without spending any unnecessary money. Even though he advised against the service I initially called him out to do due to the age of my unit and risk of it failing, he stayed and answered all of my questions and ensured I knew how to proceed as I saw fit, without applying pressure to move in any specific direction. For this reason I will be giving Henco my business for future plumbing matters.

100% satisfied and happy with my experience, from initial call, to scheduling (same day, just a few hours from my call), to of course the work itself. Colton Watson was really nice and fun to work with, and the work done quickly and competently. Great people! Great se. Great work.

Joe came today to install my new water heater. He was quick and efficient. Installation looks great. Joe kept me informed as to what he was doing which I appreciate. He has great customer service.
The water heater is a Bradford and it is a quality water heater per my research of the brand.

Matthew Mack was very courteous and professionally. He was very honest he showed me all the options of getting my furnace repaired and or installed. He also explain very well why and what caused my furnace to fail. You have a good employee that is working for you.

Henco Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical has very talented, efficient and courteous repairmen that I have been very pleased with their work at reasonable prices. Nick repaired our Heat Pump, a plumbing problem was fixed professionally and recently Angel performed an electrical panel upgrade with a surge protector that will add 15-20 years life to the panel and will protect all electrical appliances and devices from electrical surge damage. I highly recommend Henco.

Brian was awesome. He made sure our problem was actually fixed instead of just suggesting a band aid. He worked efficiently and was very respectful of our house making sure to wear protective footwear and cleans up thoroughly. And rather than rush through, he offered to take care of any other problems we had. Would highly recommend.

Had two new quater valves installed in our basement, including the main water valve for the house. Work included reconfiguring the pipes. Technician showed up on time, was very friendly, and left the place clean when he was done.

They sent Drew out same day I called for service and earlier than I thought! Friendly, professional, thorough. He corrected the problem with the outside rainwater drain within an hour. Fair price considering. Will call again!

Henco was great to work with.
The manager found a guy willing to come out after hours after initially thinking he didn’t have anyone.
And the young man who came was helpful/professional and very knowledgeable.
Ultimately he explained everything that he was doing along the way and advised me on next steps to take on my own.
My level of respect went way up for repair plumbers on what they have to go through when the fecal matter hits the proverbial oscillator device!

Brian was great and gave me a list of options for the water heater and made sure to explain the differences. They quickly got me on the schedule to resolve the issue and worked around my schedule. I highly recommend Brian Roberts.

I also noticed that my furnace needed to be serviced. Henco came out quickly and noticed that the furnace was leaking acid and was unsafe for use. They quickly got me on the schedule and even installed next day so I wouldn’t be without warmth for long. Their team had to undo a bad setup from the previous installer for the condensation line. This meant they had to work 2-3 more hours than they were expecting and they kept a great attitude and smile through the whole process. Aldo took the time to make sure the job was done right and explain everything that happened to ensure they left me feeling good.

I honestly have had such a great experience with Henco and I could t recommend them enough. I will be using them for all future services AC replacement this summer

Brantson stopped by to give us a quote. Just from that alone we were impressed. Was really honest and spent his time talking through options. When he could’ve upsold me: he didn’t. Super genuine and appreciated that integrity

Great local business. They did a whole house repipe for me staying with a consult to review the scope of the project and my options. They have me a very reasonable quote and didn't need to replace all the insulation under my house like other companies says they would need to do. I got scheduled within the month and the work was done in a reasonable time. Jacob did a great job and respected my house while he was here. Henco scheduled the city inspection for me and worked with the city to make a few small corrections. They also have their own drywallers that they brought to patch up the walls. Adrian did a fantastic job including texturing the walls to match. They make sure you are fully satisfied before they finish the project and they warrant their work. They are associated with Sunset Heating & Cooling who also did a great job replacing my furnace when it crapped out a couple years ago in the middle of winter. I will continue to go through Henco & Sunset for any house project that they can do!

Austynn from Henco came out to look at my mini split today. He took the time to diagnose the issue, provided plenty of different solutions, and was respectful when I let him know I wanted to think about it. I haven’t had them install a unit yet, but overall I had a great experience with them. Will definitely be using Henco in the future.

Absolutely loved working with Jose. He came out to follow up on some reinstall work done earlier for an insurance repair after the hot water tank abruptly started dripping, and determined quickly what needed repaired on the tank as well as identifying causes, and set us up for getting it fixed the very next morning. The process was painless (for me, I can't say the same about my husband or Jose's efforts to get the new tank maneuvered into that closet without Vaseline), and we had multiple payment options presented clearly for us to choose from. He also identified problems with the water pressure regulator for the house, and has likely saved our other appliances from potential damage. I appreciated his candor as well as sense of humor, and noticed the care he put into his work and to respecting our home while working in it.

Our general contractor for remediation/reconstruction after a washing machine leak used Henco services, and I certainly see why. Attention to detail was very much apparent.
