David installed my Tankless Water Heater and explained how to use it and how it works. David informed us all along the way and was open to all our questions and answers were easily understood. David came out to our home, respectfully and professionally explained all our options to us. Shortly after that he installed our Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. He cleaned up afterward (you would have never known someone was here). It works great and he was a pleasure to work with.

I called heritage plumbing after recommendations from members of a Facebook group. Without any prior knowledge of the company, I found them to be very professional and straightforward. They came out and gave me a free estimate on an outside hose bib and advised me on raising the toilet flange or not (actually saving me money and settling nerves prior to installing flooring around the toilet). While I have yet to decide if I want to do the hose bib or not, heritage plumbing will definitely get the job if I move forward with replacement.

I can’t recommend Heritage Plumbing enough! After moving into our new home, we needed a new water heater and pressure valve installed. David and his team were experienced, friendly, and offered fair pricing. They were punctual, highly communicative, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. 5 star service!! I cannot say enough good things about Heritage Plumbing! We had a leaking outdoor hose bib that honestly should have been replaced years ago but I was hesitant based on prices I have paid for plumbing from other companies. Nick came out (with no dispatch fee), and gave me a quote that was LESS than I was charged to replace a few gaskets years ago. He got the bib replaced and had me up and running in no time. These guys are the definition of honest and professional. I will definitely use them for future needs and recommend their services.

The hose bib on the back of my house was leaking so I called Heritage Plumbing for repair. They were able to come out same day to address the issue. Dave and Nick were so kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. Not only did they arrive right on time, they fixed everything in a timely and thorough manner, double checking that the issue was fixed. They then explained in understandable-to-me terms what the issue was. They didn’t rush and answered all of my questions. I will absolutely be using Heritage Plumbing for all future needs and will recommend them to everyone I know. I have been in the real estate business for many years plumbing is one of the most difficult things to find the job and to do a professional job for a reasonable price. I could not recommend these people not only for the job they did but their professionalism.
