John recently installed our gas generator gas connection outdoors. He was very thorough and meticulous in his work. He is a responsive and easy to communicate with. He did the job quickly, scheduled it in a very timely manner and gave us good options to choose from. I would highly recommend for all your plumbing needs - both for water as well as gas pipes.

I just bought a condo with a 13 year old water heater. I had been told it should be replaced and had talked to 3 other plumbers with quotes starting at $1009 to almost $2000 which included updating my plumbing and permits and a new expansion tank. etc. I asked John how much he would charge to replace my water heater. He asked what was wrong with
the one I had. I said it was old and afraid it my cause damage to the condo below me. He asked if I had a pan underneath it and I said yes and
he said there was no reason I should replace it until it doesn't give me hot water or the hot water gets too hot and if I put one of those water detectors beneath it I might be good for another 10 years. Amazing, so I don't really have to replace a water heater that is working (if it isn't broke, don't fix it!). He was the first person to even suggest that I shouldn't
replace it. Yay...I have found my go to plumber!!! Thank you , John.

John was great. He met my wife at our new house walked through everything with her and gave us quotes. We set up another appointment to get it all done. Nice to know quality still exists.

John is a mastermind when it comes to plumbing! He is thoughtful and methodical in finding a solution to whatever comes his way. He has worked on numerous projects for us including replacement of a bath tub drain, installing a gas line for our gas stove, and installing an instahot and sink faucets after new counter top installations. He always provides A+ service, and there is no one I would trust more!

I didn't end up using John's plumbing services, but leaving a good review based on the interactions. I needed a gas line added for a townhouse, and he was willing to tackle the job. The appliance delivery was very hectic with multiple rescheduling, and John was patient and flexible with all the changes; in the end we had other schedule requirements that just couldn't be met, and had to cancel with John, but I appreciate him being accommodating.

John is amazing! #1 customer service! He took the time to come to our house and walk us through what needed to be done (and not done) with our plumbing issues. The extra time and care he took to show us and explain what was happening was outstanding. In this day and age it’s not easy to find someone so trustworthy to fix household issues and quote a fair price. Our next project will be to plumb gas to our kitchen and John will be who we go to. Highly recommend!!

We have been customers of Driscoll Plumbing for nearly 20 years. After a couple of negative experiences with well known plumbing companies - the ones you see in the TV ads - we were searched for a plumber who could provide a more personal level of service. We found John and now refuse to use anybody else. He is always responsive to our calls, provides a full explanation of what needs to be done, has reasonable pricing and is no-nonsense. We have recommended his services to many of my friends and neighbors who have needed plumbing assistance and will continue to do so.

John is pleasant, hardworking, knowledgeable and helpful. I had frozen pipes. I called his number went to voicemail on a Sunday. Got a call back the very same day and fixed an appointment. On the day of the appointment roads were still icy, but John was on time. He quickly helped me and we were done. Pretty straightforward. He's now the number I'll call when I need help for plumbing from now on.

John is great. Provided a one hour arrival window, was on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Quality work and reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

I have been using John Driscoll's plumbing services for 15 years. He's helped me install new faucets, shower heads, garbage disposals, and water filters in remodeled kitchens and baths, unclogged toilets and given me great advice on how to best take care of my home's plumbing. I recently realized he also installs water heaters. John is so knowledgeable and I appreciate he has skills on a wide range of topics. I highly recommend his fast, dependable service!

John stopped by and helped me figure out a toilet leak issue I have been worried about. He was very knowledgeable and quick to diagnose the issue. If you want and honest and reasonable plumber id go with Driscoll over these other corperate plumbers. I will be calling in the future if I have any plumbing issues.

We recently had Driscoll Plumbing come out to fix a second floor’s shower faucet valve. It turned out that it was only accessible by a very tall ladder from the first floor, making it a challenging and exhausting location to work. John’s skill and experience were clear from the start. What impressed us most was not just his technical ability, but his professionalism and character. He approached the tricky repair with confidence, solved the problem efficiently, and made the whole process feel seamless.

Does an okay job. Very available. Charges 32% more than my regular plumbers(2) who charge $200.00 1st hr then 50.00 /15min, but were booked out 2-3 weeks so I gave this one a try.

Set an appointment a week in advance. The appointment time came and went, tried to call to see if he could make it and no response.
