Contacted via telephone on Thursday, Aug 25th, leaving a message that I needed services. They did not respond for 5 days, Tuesday, August 30th, then when I told him what I had (a leaky outdoor faucet), I was told they were not sure when they could fit me in. Took my name, number and address, and as of today, Sept 2nd, 3 days later, still have not heard back from them. Apparently the job wasn't big enough to worry about. Considering they were recommended to me, I am surprised and disappointed that a business would not have a better attitude at responding in a timely manner to their new customers.
