We had a clogged line and Ryne was able to help fix the issue. They ran a camera down the line and was able to determine that the cause was a blockage in the drain and nothing more potentially damaging. Courteous and professional.

These guys did a good job installing sewer clean outs and scoping my line on behalf of PSE. And when there was a minor problem, Dan the site supervisor jumped on it and fixed it.

Will is awsome, My mainline is clogged. Will came and ran his machine 100' in and found some issues with my pipes about 50' or so in and more a little farther down. He gave me a quote with what needed to be done and some precautions until then and all with a smile.

Had a couple bids for roots infiltrating our drains. Tyson did more exploring than the other contractors and had the best solution. Wife describes the workers as polite, responsive, and kept the site perfectly clean.

We had a damaged sewer line that needed replacement. Ryne and his team were quick and did a great job. He communicated clearly throughout our changing understanding of the problem. Everyone was helpful and pleasant to work with.

I am absolutely blown away by the integrity and professionalism of Inosia at PRICOR, who I met as a subcontractor through HydroMax. Initially, I was facing a 30,000-40,000 sewer replacement from another company all brought about by a PSE sewer inspection. Inosia arrived as a second opinion and brought the cost down to 2,500 with a great solution that was fully inspected. He then identified a City issue (property line) and helped me navigate through bureaucracy to bring my cost to ZERO. This was nothing short of an amazing journey for my family and I as we are short on funds after just completing a move. I am so thankful for PRIcOR and Inosia. So much gratitude.

Ryan arrived on time and did the work required well. I am impressed with the efficiency of Pricor, from beginning to end. And pleased they honored their competitors published price. I will use Pricor again should the need arise, Heaven forbid.

Bill Byrd (principal) is a highly professional and ethical guy. I felt compelled to write this review after a friend asked for a plumbing referral and it reminded me of the great work his team has done for me on two past jobs. Further, his crew gets dirty (as the work requires) but they're considerate and trustworthy.

Had a great experience with these guys. Reasonable prices for plumbing/drain cleaning issue. The plumber, Will, in particular, very friendly, very professional. Swift and hassle free service. Can't recommend them enough.

Called regarding a clogged toilet. This company was very responsive and came out within an hour of my call. I had tried two other companies and they were “backed up” (ha!) over a week.
Upon their arrival, Will and his partner were masked. They looked at my toilet and plunged it (with my plunger) and the toilet immediately cleared. They gave me a lesson on professional plunging technique and stated there would be no charge. Wow, how often does that occur??
Needles to say, I totally recommend PRICOR TECHNOLOGIES.

These guys are one of the best in the business when it comes to side sewers and utilities in general. They do all of our lining and deep side sewer work that falls outside of our wheelhouse! One call and the solution is is immediately dealt with. Sean and his crews will not disappoint!

Our tub was not fully draining making it difficult for a busy household. I was referred to Pricor and received a scheduling call almost immediately after talking to dispatch. Ryne came the next morning, right on time, and was extremely helpful and professional. He fixed the issue and showed me how to fix it myself if needed.

We had what we thought was a deeper issue in our plumbing after attempting some fixes on our own. Pricor showed up on super short notice and started by checking things with a plunger first and that took care of it. (guess we need to work on our technique) They wouldn't accept any money because the fix was so quick. We had just had a family emergency and having the plumbing issue resolved so easily was a huge relief for us. We can't thank them enough.
