It was great working with this appliance repair service. The repairman showed up on time and fixed my fridge fast. Now everything works great. I really like this gadget repair service.

They booked us for the following day after our refrigerator quit chilling. Rapid diagnosis and on-hand replacement component were provided by the technician. Within an hour, everything worked again. Service was prompt and professional.

I would give 3 stars because 1 guy they sent out was genuinely helpful and honest, Paul a Russian man, he helped resolve the issue and also told us what it would cost to repair. Another technician they sent out, Russel, diagnosed a problem as requiring a $1200 fix but we fixed it for free with a random household appliance ourself. So beware with their estimates.

I thought they were coming to fix my ice maker .didn't have parts charged me 159.94 to look at it then wanted 750.. to fix would not recommend this company

I called their appointment number.
And instead of getting to the point, the salesman is trying to sell a $99/month subscription to an appliance repair service.
And,
He. Would. Not. Shut. Up.
About it.

I told him "forget it, you spooked me".
I did not schedule the appointment.
A person must have rocks in their head to go for this nonsense.
Absolutely laughable. ROFTL! Copter even.

I cannot speak to the competency of their technicians.
That will likely never happen.

After posting this review, I thought I would read others' reviews.
Looks like I dodged a bullet.
