They picked up the phone on the first call and showed up when they said they would, and responded quickly. They were honest and told me it made more sense to replace the washer instead of trying the repair.

Our dishwasher seemingly gave up the ghost lastnight. I messaged Super Appliance Repair first thing this morning and they called back almost right away. They had an opening this afternoon and Big Al was able to drop by, diagnose the problem, provide me with an estimate and fix the issue (using a part that he had in his van). He put everything back together, cleaned up and was done in record time. Our dishwasher now has a new lease on life, thanks to Super Appliance Repair!

Big Al was on time, arriving at 9am for our 9-noon appointment window. He was so professional, speedy, clear about what our issue was with the washer and left our space clean and tidy. Al didn’t try to upsell us or pressure us in any way to make a decision on repair options. Because our machine was so badly broken, we opted to buy a new one and Al was responded immediately saying it was a good choice and hoped that we have a great weekend. While I don't want a need to call Al again, if I do need repairs we will absolutely be calling Al in the future.

Although I did not use super appliance repair, I reached out to them for a coat and they were super helpful. Ildar even gave me part number information just in case I wanted to repair it myself they were willing to come, but I decided to go for an appliance, instead of repairing it. They seem to be very professional I would highly recommend.

Big Al from Super Appliance Repair did an awesome job repairing my washer. It leaked. I had another company come prior and this young, inexperienced man said to just get a new washer. Well, I have two walls of countertops and a sink. The new washers are 3 inches taller. So, I would have to redo 2 walls of countertops and the drawers under them. Big Al from Super Appliance Repair came in and fixed it. He was wonderful and I would not use ANY OTHER company to repair any appliance. Thank you SO much Super Appliance Repair. Al showed up the same day that I called, and at the time window that he said he was. I showed him the clogged dishwasher and explained what we did to trouble shoot, he quickly explained the 2 possibilities (1) the dishwasher pump or whatever that might need repair or 2) the clogged drain line that is behind the wall. My boyfriend watched him take the dishwasher apart while he explained and tested the pump and 30min later, the diagnosis was the clogged drain line behind the wall. It sucks that I now have to call a plumber to unclog and also re plumb the line into the garbage disposal, but at least it's a fix! Would definitely call him again in the future!

I filled out a web form on a Sunday, got a call Monday morning at 9am, and my dryer was fixed before noon the same day!

UPDATE: I have now used them twice, with amazing experiences both times! The first time, the technician noticed a secondary issue with our dryer door switch, told me how much it would cost to fix in the same visit versus a separate one, and asked me if I would like him to fix it today. I declined at the time, and wouldn’t you know it, that exact part fully broke only a week later. I called them on a Monday morning, and they had it fixed by that afternoon!

Super Appliance was able to send someone the same day I called. Connor was friendly and knowledgeable. Our issue did not require parts to resolve and Connor was able to solve it in the diagnostic visit. Great service.

Quick response. Good communication. On time. Friendly and courteous service. Fixed my squeaky dryer in under an hour on the same day I contacted Super Appliance. Very satisfied customer. Highly recommended!

The maintenance technicians are doing a great job. Maybe I am unlucky. My washing machine broke down just after I bought it for more than a year. I did not buy a renewal warranty. The maintenance technicians said that it would cost $500 to repair it. I think I need to buy a new one. Do you have any good and cheap washing machines to recommend? Where can I buy one with good after-sales service?

We have used this company a few times now. They would always be our first choice. They are very dependable, knowledgeable and courteous. They get the job done quickly and accurately. I could never say enough good things about them

Much like the other reviews - I called in the morning, Al came by in the afternoon. He deftly diagnosed a defrosting problem with my refrigerator and knew exactly how to fix it - even had the parts available so it could get done right away. 100% would call them again if I have appliance problems...which I hope I won't, but ah, the joys of home ownership.

Exceptional service . Their tech happened to have the right part and replaced it for a reasonable cost . Now our Sub Zero is back to normal !

Super Appliance Repair did a great job diagnosing and repairing the problem with our GE Refrigerator . They told me the costs up front and kept to their estimate. They had good communication and were professional.

Dimitri was sent out promptly to diagnose the issue with our gas oven. Once parts arrived, Dimitri was back at our earliest convenience. He was extremely professional and took the time to repair the oven correctly and explain things to us. It wasn't the cheapest repair but I don't think their prices are unreasonable. We will definitely reach out again for future appliance issues.
