When I first reached our, Walter responded with a full description of what he thought the cause of our issue might be and a plan for troubleshooting once on-site. Once he arrived, Walter was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Ultimately, all that was required was a simple outlet / receptacle replacement which he was able to handle in less than 13 minutes start-to-finish, but he was prepared with additional materials in case the troubleshooting had led to another root cause. I appreciated his preparedness.

NPE did a great job on installing my Tesla Wall Connector. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was getting the most out of my investment by installing a Tesla Dynamic Power Meter, which makes it so that I can still charge at the max output current rating for my 125 amp panel.

I was worried about the warranty on my 2026 Tesla Y's battery, he reassured me that he would take care of the warranty for my Tesla Wall Connector, which covers me there.

It was the most value for the bid that any of the other contractors made for my project.

Walter did a fantastic job with my EV charger install. 5/5 on communication, very responsive. His estimate was on point and super reasonable. We even decided to upgrade a few things after he gave the initial estimate and he didn’t raise prices on me (even though it would have been fair to). And he did a great job with the install itself of course. Looks great.
