We've been fortunate to be a customer of West Seattle Electric and Solar for several years, and have always been highly satisfied with their work and performance. Our most recent experience was fantastic, Mark came out to assess our issue with a non-working photocell, and he was able to solve it quickly and expertly. We greatly appreciate the professionalism and hight quality they always provide. Thank you, West Seattle Electric!

I spoke with Ryan of West Seattle Electric on Wednesday 12/20/23 right before the holiday weekend and he was able to get us scheduled 2 days later for that Friday. Francisco contacted us to confirm the time, he was punctual, explained what was wrong with the outlet and what had probably happened, then quickly fixed the outlet. It was great to be able to use our island outlet in preparation for Christmas dinner!

Ryan, Francisco, and the team are fabulous - transparent service and recommendations, no upselling or scare tactics, just awesome speedy service and competitive pricing! And their QuietCool attic system has been a game changer for the hot summer months! Had my house checked out for electrical safety and restored power to some things that hadn't been working for a while, and it was seamless. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We called West Seattle Electric and Solar to install an EV charger. They did a really good job. We were able to work with them to have some extra work done along side the wiring installation for the charger. We had a few technical difficulties during the installation but in the end they got fixed. Thank you Ryan for being so customer service focused.

Couldn't be happier with West Seattle Electric and Solar! I filled out online inquires with a number of local electric companies over the weekend regarding installation of an EV charger. Amy reached out by phone on Monday, Ryan estimated our project on Tuesday, Alex installed it on Thursday! Fantastic communication every step of the way. Clear, concise contract for the job. Great installation. A well run family business that we're happy to support!

Hiring West Seattle Electric was one of the best decisions we've ever made. They wired our new-construction DADU and connected the service to the main house. Ryan gave us a very fair and accurate estimate. Mark, Eric, Mohammedi, Jay, and Cameron were all great to work with. They were punctual, friendly, and professional; also, collaborative and good communicators. And the total cost came in under budget, which is always good news! We highly recommend this company.

Had a great experience with WS electric and Francisco who installed a new pendant in a tricky spot that required new wiring. Francisco worked quickly and our final price was much less than the original bid. We are so happy with our new lighting!

Needed to upgrade an unsafe electrical panel and and some wacky electrical issues. They came through for us. Had 3 companies give us quotes and WS Electrical was the best solution, best price. I would highly recommend working with them, from the owner Ryan, to Francisco, to the office team. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Ryan (owner) jumped on a Zoom call with me late on a Friday afternoon to help me better understand QuietCool whole house fans. Given our setup, he recommend some options, one of which wasn’t even on our radar. His expertise and honesty was greatly appreciated! I would have no hesitation hiring he and his team in the future.

Francisco and Jordan recently did an upgrade on my electrical system, just got the permit signed off today. They ran new wire to my out buiding and installed a new panel to replace an old one that was scary and failing. He also cleaned up the mess in my old panel and replaced some outlets, cleared out some old boxes, and properly grounded my system.
Francisco was a great communicator and did very clean and efficient work, was super pleasant to have working here. I appreciate their quality work, they didn't try to sell me work that was not needed.

I have the old knob and tube in my home in a cinder block house. One of the breakers went off and would not reset. Of course it was the one with internet while I was on a deadline. Luckily Mark was able to come out in an hour to troubleshoot. They were a bit stumped and had to open up a bunch of old crusty outlets in the line. I finally mentioned the Boiler room which was outside. They quickly found the problem and was able to fix it in that little space. Everyone that I was in contact with was very knowledgeable and super friendly. I felt it was a fair price with no surprises. West Seattle Electric & Solar is a very trustworthly company! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Had a large electrical job for a remodel that included moving the meter and trenching and several panel upgrades, as well as adding solar.

Their entire team is great. Sales guy Ryan was actually an electrician and knew what he was talking about. Amy was able to answer the phone/emails when I had questions and they handled everything with the city. The crew on the ground worked quickly and Jay walked me through the installation at the end.

I would happily use them again. Good job folks you should be proud, not every contractor is this on top of things.

Ryan, the owner is one of the greatest humans you will ever meet. His attention to detail and his knowledge is superior to other contractors I’ve used in the past. If you need any electrical or solar needs look no further!

I had West Seattle Electric and Solar come out today (11/22/24) to troubleshoot an issue that I and an engineer friend couldn't solve. From start of the process with the person on the phone to finish at my house they were courteous, prompt, and professional.
Francisco came out after calling to confirm the time and listened carefully to my description of the problem. He took care to not track rain/detritus into the house and communicated with me throughout when necessary. Once the issue was identified he asked for my preferences when discussing options to fix and clearly answered my lay-person's questions. After fixing the issue he again explained the issue and what he'd done.
I've used WSE&S twice previously and will call them again if the need arises.

Ryan's crew did a whole house rewire to replace knob and tube. Francisco was a great project lead who walked us through the process and was very transparent throughout. Great customer service and they guarantee their work. I would highly recommend WSES!

I had some issues with circuit breakers, a mystery outlet, and a broken heater. From the time he got here Stephen was personable, helpful and efficient. Also a great conversation. He got everything squared away, and had me back up and running with no mystery left on any outlets, and warm rooms within four hours. Highly recommend these guys, they're great.

Francisco came out to diagnose some GFCI problems we were having today. He has worked at our place on both big and small projects and problems, and has always been extremely pleasant, competent, and informative. I highly recommend his work, and West Seattle Electric.

West Seattle Electric installed my car charger, a new levitron smart panel, and my hot tub connection. They were incredibly thorough, responsible and creative in coming up with a solution for our home to avoid investing in a service upgrade above 220. Everyone we interacted with there was really professional and friendly. Would call them for any electrical work in our house!
