All reviews for Exact Electric

Our company, Metis Construction has worked with Exact Electric for many years; and will continue to work with these great professionals for many years to come. Their estimates are always very accurate, electricians punctual, professional and clean and their work immaculate. As a general contractor, we stake our reputation on those that we work with; and Exact always exceeds our expectations.

Zach and his team are the most customer-centric electrical contractors in the business. Everything he does is customer first - from accurate and competitive estimates, to showing up on time for appointments, to courteous and friendly electricians, to getting the job down on schedule, and for timely follow-up on all customer questions. Exact Electric is a great choice for both your residential and commercial projects. I highly recommend Zach and his team at Exact Electric.

The best contractor team we had. We had a home inspection and needed contractors to work on various parts of the home. Eric was excellent, meticulous with superb customer service. The whole team was excellent. This is a trustworthy group and we will continue to work with them for all our electrical needs.

Eric and team were excellent! They were very professional about the job and did their best to minimize down time during upgrades. The team was also super responsive to email and phones when I needed to contact them. Would highly recommend them for box upgrades.

I really appreciate the work that Exact Electric did in our home. We came up with a wishlist of things to fix:
* Run cat6 ethernet to a few places in the house (tv, desktop computers)
* Add some new circuits to the kitchen, so we can run our espresso machine and microwave at the same time without popping breakers
* Add a new outside dedicated circuit
* Add some overhead lights in our living room

They did a great job. Their scheduler worked with us to find times their electrician was available. Their electrician did a great job keeping us informed on when he would arrive. He also did a great job containing all the dust from drilling. All the work is beautiful. I would definitely call them first if I had more work to do.

Exact Electric did an absolutely outstanding job for me. Over the life of the floor heat which was installed in our new Sunroom in combination with our current kitchen 15 years ago, I have struggled for a solution that would not create problems every few years. Kyle help me do that and I am very grateful. He is very personable, hard-working, knows how to listen, and has the knowledge and intelligence to figure out what is needed.

Zack came over in record time. Gave us a great price, worked down some items too meet our budget. His office coordinated the schedule quickly and efficiently. We felt part of the process and his guys showed up on the day they said and stay late to finish the job. Zack's crew installed a 3 Phase panel in our shop and it was not a piece of cake. As a formal electrician I say the Exact Electric was excellent at execution, timing, pricing and knowledge. Thanks team!

The electrician dealt with some old wires, updated a switch, reoriented an outlet for a new range, and converted a can light to a box for a pendant. He also investigated the possibility of some additional work that was determined to require too much time with unknown results. He came prepared to cover all work ares, protected the floor under his ladder, cleaned up thoroughly and left me with pictures of an attic space where I need other work done. As usual, I was extremely happy with their work.

I had a new light fixture installed in the living room and 2 other light fixtures moved to a different location in the other rooms. Andrew was very professional, he verified where the studs where located and installed the box next to stud in the ceiling. He only cut the ceiling where he needed to thus reducing the ceiling repair work. I had him change the old light switches and install new dimmer switches as well. He spent the whole day to do the work which I felt could have been done in a shorter amount of time but looking back at the amount of work he did I now think it was fair. However I was surprised he didn't tell me that he had to come back to install arc fault breakers and I only found out after calling the office. Overall the quality of work was very good (compared to other electricians I have used in the past), communication can be improved and I will use their services again and do recommend.

Excellent, timely warrantee work replacing a bad breaker.

I have used Exact Electric for a couple of jobs. One was wiring my new print shop location during a new build-out and the other was to install a 225 amp sub-panel at a new storage building. Both times the pricing was good and Zack was easy to work with. The jobs were started on time and completed promptly. I would use Exact Electric again and recommend them highly to others. Exact is the only electrical company we will be using for our future projects. They were friendly, informative and very helpful with identifying long term solutions for our problems. Oscar was the senior electrician on the job and I couldn’t be happier with his craftsmanship, communication and knowledge. I highly recommend Exact for your electrical needs.

I found Exact Electric through an online search. The reviews were so positive I had to give them a call to see if they could help me with a 1,300 sqft addition on my home. Chad, one of Zach’s estimators, showed up in record time, was knowledgeable, professional and communicated well and frequently. I had unique needs/requirements that many of Exacts competitors were unwilling to meet. The entire Exact staff from those in the office helping me with project estimation, scheduling and billing to the those in the field doing the electrical work were incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, punctual and delivered high quality work. I have high standards and typically find myself leaving tough reviews, but with these guys, they deserve high praise. My only regret is that I never had an opportunity to meet Zach. I will do business with them again. Exact is highly recommended.

We had some old knob and tube wiring in our attic that needed to be replaced. Dave and Dylan took care in finding what was needed where and Dave made sure things were done right. Good experience, would recommend to anyone.

By far the most professional contractor we have dealt with so far at our remodel. This was a complete residential rewire. The team worked to find some creative, less invasive ways to rewire our 1928 tudor, we really appreciated the thoughtfulness. They showed attention to detail and the lead electrician took the time to explain some elements of the project I was less familiar with. It should be noted, the new panel is also EXTREMELY well organized, I was really impressed! End result, we had great work done by a great team who kept us informed, finished on time and at budget!!! Couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you Exact!

Very happy with our service with Exact Electric. The bid came in lower than most other companies and the work was completed efficiently. The team ran into complications in our old house, but persevered and found a way to make it work. They were fixing things that weren't done right by a different company. So happy to have these things fixed. Thank you!

The people at Exact are all around good citizens. Any aspect of residential construction (including the business and accounting side of things) is really hard, nothing is the same, every house, every client, every project is different. The thing about exact is there depth of people and experience to navigate the complexities they built up over the years. Larissa the scheduling coordinator is detailed oriented and makes sure everything is ready to go for the team, that they understand the assignment and client and project goals and helps the team quickly and efficiently provide good service and value to the clients. In short, she's the glue between what the clients need and what the team needs to be successful. If Zach the owner needs to weigh in on something, he's a quick problem solver and coaches his team of leaders on thinking strategically toward providing efficient and seamless service through constant systems refinement and staff training. Although they have new people, they also have a lot of long term employees which is so valuable. If they make a mistake, they make it right, learn from it, and move on quickly. I'm speaking as a remodeling contractor who has hired them for many projects as well as a home owner whose had them at my house.

I had a great all around experience with Exact Electric. They wired a new hot tub for us and added an outdoor outlet plus an outdoor light fixture. The electrician was great, extremely nice and thorough. Everything passed inspection on the first go as well. I’d definitely use them again.

We've had Exact Electric work at our home several times -- and all were 5-star experiences. Very quick scheduling -- and the electricians stayed on the job past quitting time to make sure the work was done to our satisfaction. Quality work and reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

I had Exact Electric install track lighting in my store. The project was supposed to be pretty straightforward, but we ran into some road blocks along the way that required more work. James and the crew stuck by and finished the project until the end and were 150% reliable. I will only use Exact Electric for future electrical projects and will recommend them to everyone I run into.

Exact Electric was recommended to me by another contractor (non-electrical) and lived up to all my expectations. They were responsive and responsible in all communications; and Andrew was extremely professional and diligent in completing the job. He arrived on time and completed the work which was over two days. He was neat and cleaned up. I am very satisfied and have already recommended Exact Electric to a neighbor and a work colleague.
