This is not my go to northcoast but it is a nice branch. Was very helpful and the staff per northcoast standards was pleasant, happy and professional

Currently my favorite supply house to go to. I'm in a service man so I have to visit them frequently. The staff so far in my experience has been pretty knowledgeable unlike a few other places that seem to be completely clueless when you try to tell them a very common electrical part.

They use to be notoriously slow but lately they have provided exceptional service.

Tom offered to donate a few left over wooden spools for the enjoyment of my goats. Thanks Tom, they love them.

These folks are the best in town tracking down whatever it is I need. Call desk staff are always friendly, helpful, and generally have great attitudes. Other reps in the lighting and gear departments always communicate well leaving nothing to surprise. Honestly can’t think of a bad thing to say about NC. Really appreciate all the help they provide day in and day out.

The people are nice enough but they don't do their job very well. Time is money. I called in a small order of 16 wire cuts. All were less than 20 feet. I've been waiting over an hour. These guys are killing my time. The absolute best the guy could say was sorry. Then he told me the wire cut guys do their own thing and he doesn't know where they are. He told me it will be another 35 mins.. unacceptable. Not professional.

Driving on Aurora today this truck honked at me twice on an open three mile stretch. I was going at or above of the speed limit but slower than the flow of traffic. The truck could have passed or accepted the speed limit posting. Because of the size of the truck and volume of the horn I felt bullied and intimidated. This is a stretch of road where speeding tickets are regularly given, I have a baby on board sign clearly posted on my car. It was not cool.
