Marcus did an amazing job cleaning my carpet! The once dirty carpet looks brand new now. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time and completed everything within 2 hours. Highly recommended!

I always wait a few weeks to write a review on cleaning companies because many times the cleaning doesn’t last. But three weeks later, and none of the soiled areas have returned. Amir did a fabulous job! Power Pup was easy to deal with, from scheduling through service and payment. Everything went exactly as planned. I will definitely use this company in the future.

The technician's name was Faraz and he was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and quoted us a reasonable price. We have had our carpets done twice by this company and Faraz did an excellent job each time. We have cats and dogs and we needed a lot to get rid of stains and the odor. Also, several members in our household have allergies and many of their symptoms subsided after we had our carpets treated and cleaned. It feels like a different house now and my entire family is completely satisfied.

Emir went above and beyond to clean our home. We had moved out and were no longer living in Seattle. Unfortunately our key we left in our lockbox had frozen over, which is not something that happens in Seattle. He made multiple attempts with hot water to thaw the lockbox. He was successful and once inside a room had been unlocked from the outside, which he was able to open too. This was a multiple hour ordeal and we really appreciate the way her went out of his way to get our carpets cleaned especially with a few pet stains we had too. Highly recommend!!

I have to say I was a bit skeptical of this carpet cleaning process when I first heard about it. I was used to the old way of some machine spraying a ton of hot water and cleaner on carpets the sucking it back up. The days of wet carpet we have all grown to hate would follow.
After reading all the fantastic reviews for Power Pup I decided to give it a try and I am so happy I did.
My house has light cream carpets in the hallway and three bedrooms. I also have two small dogs, one being under a year who had a few issues with potty training. Now that she has improved, I decided it was time to cleanup the mess from my lame attempt at cleaning the carpets with a family members conventional Bissell Pro-Heat carpet cleaner. After the initial cleaning the carpets looked great...for a few days. Then as they dried the stains wicked back to the surface. I ended up doing it again about a month later with the same results.
In my search for the best solution a friend told me about this new process, and I found Power Pup. They were able to fit my request into their schedule at fairly short notice. They showed up promptly and their first comment was "please tell us you didn't pay someone to do this to your carpet?" I owned up to it, and they started right to work. They used a bit more water than normal, which was necessary due to the now HUGE stains I had after my attempts to clean them. They were very quick and very thorough in their work. The carpets looked like new again, and the dry time was so much faster! I did use area fans on the carpets, and they were dry well under 8-10 hours.
After a week three of the larger stains started to reappear, which they warned me could happen due to the fact I had soaked them into the carpet, and they had to use extra solution to clean them. I called them and they were back in just a few days to go over the stains again using the standard lower amount of solution. They did this at no additional charge. The stains were gone and the carpet was dry within a few hours. It has now been several weeks and they still look great!
This team is simply amazing, and honestly take pride in their work. That pride is well placed! You will not find a better service with nicer guys to do your carpets right!

Marcus cleaned our carpets right after we moved out of our rental townhome in September. He did an amazing job! He was able to get out many stains from dirty shoes, food, red wine, to laundry detergent. Most of those stains had been left by two previous carpet cleaners that had been over in years prior. And some of them had been in the carpet since we moved in years ago. The carpets looked fantastic! On top of that, Marcus was very professional and polite. He described add-ons for pet treatment and protective coats, but wasn't pushy about selling any of them. More of educational offers. He had a good work ethic and was positive. From what he said and his equipment, I think the whole company is a good one, not just him. I'll be using their service again.

One of the best carpet cleaning experiences that I’ve had. Scheduling was quick and easy, I requested a quote online and was contacted within the same day with rate and an available appointment. On the day of the appointment the technician, Jod Ahm, arrived as scheduled. He was personable, professional and friendly. He did an amazing job and made the carpets look like they were new. Not only did everything look great, but smelled great as well in a not overpowering way. The carpets were not left soaking wet, which I’ve experienced with other cleaners. I would definitely recommend this service and plan to use them again. Thanks Jod!!!

I was searching for a different carpet cleaning company to see if I could get a better job done. I have white carpet and have not been too satisfied with the companies I've used in the past. I look forward to contacting Marcus in the future to do the excellent job he did yesterday. And....he is so very professional, friendly, ultra concerned about my satisfaction, timely and intent on doing the best job he can!

Awesome work. This is our second time using this company. They go above and beyond compared to anyone else we have used in the past. They cleaned our couches, rugs and carpets upstairs with several puppies stains.

Highly recommend Fushair and Steve. These two guys will work hard to get your carpets looking as good as possible.

Emir Sal did an amazing job on our living room and couch. We have two dogs and there are a lot of "pet stains" and smells and emir got rid of all of them! We have been working together for years and he always does the best job.

The company and the service they provided was excellent. Arrived on time, was fast, efficient, and courteous. My only complaint involves the additional spot treatment my technician recommended to remove a few of the urine stains from my dog. It was conveyed to me that he would attempt to get the spots out, and if they did not, I would not be charged for the treatment. While the treatment did get a majority of the stains out, it was pretty obvious that you could still see the stains, yet I was charged for the treatment. I still paid for the services, because it did diminish the stains greatly, but that wasn't what I was told by the technician and he was pretty emphatic that the spot treatment completely removed the stains. Other than that, the service provided was above reproach, and would recommend again in the future!

Update: After posting my review, my technician reached out to me and offered to remove the spot cleaning treatment from my bill. Therefore, as long as I see that my account is actually refunded, I am changing my review to 5 stars for quality customer service. If I do not see a refund, I will be promptly changing it back.

Emir Sal, one of this company’s employees, came to do a job for us.

I commend him and this company for the excellent work he did at our place, and for being very thorough with his assignment and his explanation about every aspect of the job and the follow-up on our next steps.

Emir was very friendly, listened to us and provided us with options and answers to our questions.

Power Pup Clean responded to our carpet cleaning needs very quickly. The technician was knowledgable and gave excellent customer service. The carpets turned out beautiful even though we were a bit skeptical about the encapsulation method.

The technician who came to my home was very knowledgeable, passionate and thorough. They explained the process and what I should expect, and completed the work in a timely way.
