Urban Energy Group did a fantastic job of retrofitting our 28,000 sq foot book bindery. After living with mis-matched fixtures and blubs for so long, the clear, consistent light coverage is a treat.

Ryan and David were awesome to work with. From an initial conversation that was attentive to our needs, to an installation that went without a hitch... I can't recommend them highly enough.

We are so happy with the work that Urban Energy Group did for our church building. We have an older building that was originally a YMCA child care center. It had horrible florescent tube lighting. It is all updated with canned LED lighting. It looks lovely. The workers that installed everything were very courteous and pleasant to work with, too! Dave and Chelsea were wonderful to work with getting us the plan that worked best for us.

To say that Urban Energy Group was helpful would be a gross misstatement.
This spring were started working with Urban Energy Group to replace our lighting system. We are in a 10k ft2 turn of the century shop located in South Seattle with 30’ ceilings. We had been using metal halide lights that were so loud, we would rather work in the dark than turn them on some days. They were also very expensive to run and hard to find the bulbs for.
Urban Energy Group stepped in took care of everything. From helping us navigate the City Light rebate program, to removing the old system. There was not one aspect that we had to deal with once they stepped in. And, They even finished 2 days earlier than scheduled.
I wouldn’t hesitate for even a second to recommend them to anyone. We are extremely pleased with the quality of light, the price, service and best of all the utter silence of our new lighting system.

Urban Energy Group (UEG) provides great comprehensive service starting with their expertise estimating and evaluating lighting needs through all aspects of a project. Their management and coordination with City of Seattle and the electricians throughout made everything seamless from a customer prospective. When questions or changes were required they were responsive and managed all follow-up tasks.

In every aspect of our experience customer service and expertise are exceptional. As a small local business ourselves it was great working with everyone at UEG from the owner who did a walk-through, the electricians sub-contracted for our project and especially Chelsea who managed the project with grace and professionalism.
