Brian was awesome. He managed to get to my house and fix the problem the same day that I called. Communication was also excellent. Would highly recommend.

We were referred to Brian by a friend and are so happy we found him. We’ve had him come out twice now and he has been super professional and communicative. His fees are very reasonable and he is a joy to work with!

I had some old kitchen faucet pipes that didn't drain well and didn't have a a vent. At the same time was doing a kitchen remodel. Brian found the time to schedule alongside the remodel. Replaced some of the old pipes, replace the old sink pipe layout with the correct elevations, and even put a vent in to update the configuration. Very good with timing and efficiency and even shared some knowledge to help me understand how my old system works and informed me of some other re-workings that would be beneficial. I have my new sink and garbage disposal installed and looking/working better than ever. Would definitely recommend if you like good communication and an understanding of your systems.

Brian was fantastic. On time. Responsive. Easy to work with. Communicative about what the problems and solutions were. Reasonable rates. He’s my new go-to guy for plumbing.

Brian is great!! He came out on a Sunday and fixed our shower faucet promptly. We were still under warranty so there was no charge. I highly recommend Brian.

Brian is both professional and personable. He installed a new bathroom sink faucet set and a one-way drain so rodents can't come up cellar floor drain. One of the faucets "moaned" so he fixed that as well as replacing an old clogged drain pipe from the sink. We think of him now as "our plumber" – will have him come out again when the next plumbing problem arises.

We’ve used Convey for jobs big and small at our house from full sump pump replacement with new routing to toilet repair and replacement. They have always been responsive, honest, and incredibly reasonable. We are in the process of purchasing a new (to us home) and plan on using Convey for all of the work that needs to be done there. Highly recommend.

Called Brian for a last minute small plumbing job. He got back to me quickly. Communicated clearly with text and cell. Did the work properly and left a clean space after. Pricing was great, no gauging, honest and upfront. Took payment via Venmo. He is very knowledgeable with older Seattle homes and the quirks that come along with them.
All in all, a very positive experience. A satisfied and future returning customer.

Brian was excellent. He really was attentive, took a step back and assessed the situation, and while it seemed impossible, he thought outside the box came up with an elegant solution to unclog the rocking toilet situation. Brian, above all, was friendly, and funny but precise. Bonus: Brian also solved an unexpected issue that I happened to tell him about during his visit. Strongly Recommend!

Who says plumber can't work remotely? I had an emergency situation in which I needed a plumber opinion for an ongoing project. I don't have immediate access to the project site at that time. Brian was kind enough to provide a remote consultant service over the phone after I shared pictures. He ran me through options and provided his assessment in a timely manner, while all other plumbers I contact won't talk to me without a visit. I highly appreciate his flexibility and his remote service.

Brian was very responsive and very communicative. Great manner. Always got permission before doing anything, and sent pics along the way (we were remote when asking for service). And he found the issue quickly, and fixed it quickly. Highly recommended.

I’ve had Convey Plumbing perform routine maintenance on my tankless water heater twice and both times they have been very responsive and professional and the service has helped my tankless water heater continue operating smoothly. Brian is also very friendly and courteous when he’s been at my house. He is great to work with.

Wow. I'm a first-time homeowner in the Seattle area, and suddenly my kitchen faucet is leaking down through the basement. I went searching for a plumber and came across Brian at Convey. After having reached out to a few other recommended plumbing companies in the area, I felt a bit defeated with long wait times for an appointment (more than a month out) and really pricey quotes. When I called Convey, Brian immediately answered the phone, listened to what the issue was, and told me he'd stop by in 20 minutes. TWENTY MINUTES! He came by as promised, was extraordinarily professional and easygoing, and fixed our faucet within 10 minutes. I'm still in awe of how incredible and painless of an experience this was. Pricing was unbeatable and so fair. I've officially found my go-to plumber for all future needs in Seattle. If you're looking for a plumber, look no further. Brian at Convey is an absolute gem.

I worked with Brian on a few different projects involving gas, water, and drainage / sewage. I found Brian through a friend in the neighborhood and couldn’t have been happier with the experience working with him and would absolutely do so again.

Not only did he do great work, but he was always willing to explain what he was doing and how the systems and tools worked. I learned a ton from the couple of days I worked with him and feel a lot more confident in my knowledge of residential plumbing after! I also really appreciated his flexibility of working on a part of a larger project which was great as somebody with a budget who is willing to DIY what they can. For example - I’m not comfortable sweating copper and I don’t have a Propress, so for parts of the work involving copper I was able to hire Brian handle it.

Another thing I appreciated was his dedication to cleanliness in his work - he cleaned up more than a few messy portions of pipe while he worked.

I’m thrilled to have met Brian and would definitely hire him again!

Brian was creative in helping me install new toilet in a small space for guest bathroom. He was super professional and informative through the whole process. The toilet I picked out was on back order for 6 weeks, but when he came he had everything done in half a day! Super pleased. And he cleaned up after himself. Recommend.

I can't say better things about Brian and Convey Plumbing! He is extremely professional and helps problem solve to find the best solution not the quickest or most expensive solution. His work is of the highest quality and it is comforting to know I have found my go-to plumber for all my home remodel and repair needs.

Convey has done two projects for us. Both times Brian has been thoughtful, patient explaining things to me, and thorough.
Last week, we had a leak and he was able to come by immediately - much appreciated! He’s definitely someone I will call again next time I have a plumbing issue.

Can't say enough good things about Brian. He was prompt, great to work with, and did a great job fixing our leaky faucet and (a while back, still works great!) a leaky sink. We are very happy to have Brian's number in our [imaginary] Rolodex. ;)

Brian has fixed a number of issues with our plumbing. Previous owners cut a lot of corners and we’re dealing with it all now. Brian always explains what needs to happen and why, then fixes it right up. I’ve come to know we can rely on him to be thorough and thoughtful about everything: expense, timing, and the like. He’s even responded to panicked texts (what is this sound?!?!?) on a weekend. He’s the only plumber we call now.

Brian has been fantastic! He helped me with a leaky pipe and was able to help diagnose and refer me a great company for a backed up sewer line. Super professional and easy to work with. Highly reccomend.
