Jafco was the first to respond to a request for a quote on a Sunday evening and had someone out at my house on Monday. The problem was bigger than a simple fix so they had to schedule a follow up visit. Garrett and Joe did a great job, fixed the problem faster than they estimated, and were very courteous. I will definitely consider them again if I need plumbing work done.

Concerning our toilet repair, crew was prompt
and knowledgeable about the issue. Repair done in a timely manner.

I have been working with Garrett and Joe for the last several months as part of an extensive remodel of a home I just purchased. Garrett and Joe have been patient, extensive, and careful to provide us with the best plumbing advice and solutions, while always considering the financial implications. It feels like they prioritize building relationships with clients which I really appreciate and makes me more willing to bring them back for more work! I don't plan on changing plumbers anytime soon :)

Phenominal service. When my side sewer failed, Jafco was able to get it reconnected professionally and astonishingly quickly. They handled everything from start to finish smoothly, efficiently and at a reasonable price. The work involved getting permits to dig up the road, put in bracing for a 13' deep hole, take out the failed section of side sewer, repair the side sewer, fill in the hole and replace the road surface. Jafco did it all with virtually no involvement required of me. Within 36 hours of calling them, my sewer was back online and better than when it was new. The point person, Josh, was on top of the project at every step and was responsive in his communication. The crew digging the hole and repairing the plumbing worked tirelessly and well into the night to get me back online. The work is guaranteed for 25 years and they sent me a video of the interior of the finished pipe showing their work. I highly recommend Jafco.

Garrett & Abraham were prompt and thorough. They stayed to complete the work in the dark. The problem was a new one for the system and they created a solution. I would call them again.

Jafco Plumbing and Sewer recently completed a waterline replacement project for us. We couldn't be more impressed with their work.

From the start, Jafco demonstrated efficiency and excellent organization. They arrived in well-coordinated teams, equipped with a truck fully stocked with all the tools and materials needed to handle every aspect of the job. This level of preparation was a great sign--and they absolutely delivered.

The project involved complex, multi-step work: excavation, pipe replacement, city inspection, refill, and even restoring the landscape. They also went the extra mile by fixing an impacted downspout along the way. What could've been a prolonged and stressful experience was instead completed smoothly in just a few days.

Beyond their technical skills, their customer service was outstanding. Their contact was responsive, quick to return inquiries , and answered all our questions with clarity and professionalism.

Called them out for a 2nd opinion on a plumbing issue, and found they outperformed previous vendor. Communication was clear, upfront, and accurate. The confidence and understanding of my issue as it unfolded made it easy to trust them, and it paid off when their crew arrived and were very polite, respectful, and very neat and clean, and most importantly fixed the issue.

I worked with Josh primarily, and he was a calming force for a homeowner out of his depth with plumbing/pipe issues. Would highly recommend, and while I hope to never need them again, if I should they will be my first call.

Jafco just completed a big sewer lining job at our condo building in Lower Queen Anne. They saved us money buy recommending the latest pipe lining technology that will last us up to 50 years. Their team was professional and worked tirelessly to get the job done on time. They were accessible by cell phones and text on site daily. They helped our board plan the project and relay information and schedules to our residents. They accommodated hours of work to give our residents time to ready for their day and park in garages at night. I would highly recommend Jafco to anyone who needs sewer work!

Garrett and Abraham came to me this morning and recommended I get a new water tank. Mine was leaking all over the floor. I wanted it done today, which they agreed to, and managed to complete the job in 5 hours. They both worked constantly, including driving to the plumbing supplier to pick up the tank. The work is clean and the water heating well. I am very pleased; they were pleasant, helpful, and insist on using the best quality plumbing supplies. All work is guaranteed. I am pleased and relieved to have this essential job done well.
I have not been satisfied in the past. Now I have my home plumber.

Justin and Andrew were out to our home today to work on a water leak in our ceiling and did an amazing job!
They were able to find the failed drain quickly and even identified a long term leak in a supply line we weren't aware of. Fast, professional and were meticulous cleaning up after the work. Will definitely call Jafco in the future

Lined an old sewer line for me. Nothing but praise for this company and their employees that handled my job. Prompt, excellent communication, got the job done quickly and efficiently at competitive cost. Left the yard in better condition than it was when they started. Highly Recommend!

We had a hose outlet strip and needed immediate repair. Jafco was there the next day as promised and did an awesome repair. I mentioned we were in need of a sewer liner for our 1957 Broadview Rambler. Within 30 minutes, Allan arrived and, with 1 hour, gave us the video assessment and a bid. We did not get any discounts and didn't use coupons etc. So I believe it was full retail but they could show up the next day and I believe it was a reasonable price. The bottom line is that the Jafco team was awesome. Efficient, professional, and organized, and they left our area cleaner than it was before their arrival. Jafco knows this business solid, and they are 100% customer focused. I am rarely impressed these days, but they impressed me big time. The post job video shows a perfect lining job 👌. Go, Jafco.
