All reviews for Tree133 Professional Arborists

Great job! The crew came out early, did a great job of protecting all of the important things in our back yard and did a great job of cleaning up (even cleaner than before they came)!

Tree 133 did wonderful work for us. Arborist Craig Bachmann is very knowledgeable and responsive. His wife Joanna is the business manager extraordinaire, taking care to communicate with us and attend to details every step of our project. The team that came to remove our dead tree was skillful, friendly, and showed great care for the area surrounding the dead tree. The entire project was handled efficiently and expertly from the initial assessment of our tree's health through to the final cleanup after its removal, including acquiring permits from the city , etc. We highly recommend Tree133.

Craig and Tree133 are a genuine pleasure to work with!! Their team clearly prioritizes customer satisfaction while delivering expert tree care. Craig visited our house on multiple occasions and always provided an honest assessment, educating us on our options and never pushing anything unnecessary. The entire company's customer service is exceptional from start to finish, and we were very satisfied with the work done. Honestly, it's one of the best companies of ANY kind that I've ever worked with. I highly recommend them!

This crew was very knowledgeable, fast, efficient, and listened to what I wanted which is rare based on my experience. I had 100 ft cedars and firs that needed pruning while maintaining a screen with my neighbor. They were also reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

We had 3 arborist come out and assess our trees and were most impressed with the breath of knowledge, clarity, and plan of action that Craig Bachmann of Tree133 provided. What surprised me when they came out to do the work was how quiet the operation was, they worked only with hand tools for the cutting and turned on the chipper only at the end for a very short period of time. They left the yard spotless and our beloved Scots Pine looked as if nothing had been done, which was a good thing; its character was left intact. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants an arborist who truly cares for trees and truly knows what their doing.

Have used twice now; knowledgeable, great communication, professional crews and great cleanup. Excellent trimming and care for magnolia, plum, apple, cedar and maple trees.

The pros at Tree133 have been a valuable asset in the upkeep and safety of the landscape surrounding my property. They've consistently been professional, courteous, and definitely know their stuff when it comes to trees!

We had the tough call to remove a black locust in our front yard. Craig came out and ran through the options and gave us a super reasonable quote. When we had cold feet and wanted to think about preservation, he walked us through our options and didn't push any particular agenda, but explained what it would take to preserve the tree. Ultimately, we decided to remove the tree. The crew that came out was top notch. They listened to our concerns with protecting the landscape below, especially in our neighbors yard. It was methodically removed with minimal damage. I was very impressed, and while never fun to lose a beautiful tree, it was super interesting to watch experts do a great job!

Craig and his team are professional, knowledgeable, good communicators and exceptionally nice people. They did a superb job of removing a difficult overgrown branch off of a fir tree and taking down a Hornbeam that was planted too close to the building. They also were willing to share their expertise by removing another plant and advised how to manage it in the future. Craig did a walk around check with a property owner and everything was perfect. This company deserves their 5 star rating!!!

We had a fantastic experience with Tree133. We were impressed with Craig's knowledge, expertise, clarity of communication, and flexibility. We ran into unanticipated challenges the day before and the day of the scheduled work, and Craig was exceedingly kind, supportive, flexible, and fair. The pre- and post-work communication from Tree133 was timely, clear, and professional. Everything was perfectly organized for the day of the work itself, and the team did the job safely, efficiently, and just as planned. We've worked with several arborists over the years and been happy with all, but we would recommend Tree133 first.

Tree133 did a great job of trimming several trees and removing one diseased tree from our lot, completed the work quickly, and left the worksite very clean. Really appreciate the help!

Excellent communications at every single step when contracting them to come do work, high quality work when performed, done at a very reasonable cost compared with other bids, and they sent a highly professional crew that made my tree look great!

A good friend from work recommended Tree133 to me as a company that was exceptional arborists. I was a bit skeptical because of the lofty praises lauded upon Mr. Bachmann and his crew. I arranged for a free consultation and was immediately impressed by the substantial knowledge and professionalism of Mr. Bachmann. He knew the species of almost every tree I wanted him to trim. When he pulled out an app showing the exposure to the sun at various times of the day a particular part of my yard had, I was even more impressed. After scheduling a date for the work to be done. I obtained permission from the neighbor to remove some dead branches overhanging my property the work began in earnest. My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the work performed and we were pleased with the way that they cleaned up the debris. We have asked to be placed on their annual schedule.

Craig and his team were great to work with. We had a tree limb hanging over a proposed deck and needed to know if was healthy and not putting our new construction at risk. They did a risk assessment and we came up with a plan to band the tree limbs to prevent future leaning. His crack team came out and did the work in a very efficient and professional manner and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend Tree133.

Tree133 was great to work with - responsible, reliable, quality work. Communicated really well and did the right thing for tree health.

Tree133 was very professional with lots of attention to detail. They we’re easy to work with and very responsive. If you need any tree work done don’t hesitate to contact them.

Tree 133 removed a very tall fir tree that had rotted at the base. The removal was challenging due to a high voltage power line. They were able to diagnose the tree, then submit paper work for a permit and to remove the tree with great care. They left a "snag" that will become habitat for wildlife. Their service was excellent. We would highly recommend them.

Professional, prompt, communicative, and most important—have confidence Tree133 does only what's best for the health of your trees. 🌲🌳🌲

Great service, knowledgeable, and super friendly. The crew at Tree133 know how to treat your tree friends well. The Ents are happy and all spruced up for the holidays. (Yeah, pun intended.)

Working with Tree133 was a great customer experience from start to finish. We are very satisfied both with the work performed as well as the overall experience dealing with a (dying) tree removal project in our back yard. From the initial consultation, to the project managment collaboration re scheduling/permitting, to the amazing crew who performed the work, to the final check-in call to ensure we were satisfied with the work, and even the easy methods for paying the invoice — everything went smoothly. The work crew was on time, they were clear communicators and accommodating of our requests, respectful of our property and our neighbors, and incredibly efficient in their work. Our property was practically immaculate when they were finished - wow! We don’t know how Tree133 pricing compares with other arborists/tree removal companies, but based on the quality of the work performed and the ease of working with them, we felt we got a lot of value for the price.

The arborists of Tree 123 did a wonderful job of pruning our trees. They were very professional, had great communication, were prompt and cleaned up after themselves! I would not hesitate to recommend them.
