We had a water leak from an upstairs bathroom, which resulted in water damage in 2 bathrooms and a basement ceiling. I called Hydro Shield Restoration to get it it dried out, they were extremely prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. As a person who is highly sensitive to mold, the quick response was appreciated!

My parents own some property in north Seattle. There was an issue with a burst pipe which caused a lot of water damage. We called Hydro Shield to come out. They were able to schedule us really quickly and worked around the tenants schedule, which was awesome! They had to do quite a bit of demo but they got it done in a few days and they dried everything out. They submitted the bill to the insurance which covered it. We are very happy with the results and when they asked us to write a review we were more than happy to give them 5 stars!

Had a leak destroy the cabinet floor under my kitchen sink, these guys got it all taken care of real well. Dry Force did a great job, customer service was top notch, and I am always happy to support small local businesses.

These guys did a great job helping me with a minor water issue in my bathroom. Vince was friendly, transparent, and communicative throughout the process. He went above and beyond by coming back a second time after the main mold mitigation project was done to spot clean an area that was uncovered after their initial work by a subsequent bathroom remodel. The only disappointment was that the actual cost was about 30% higher than the top range of the initial estimate. He was accommodating and tried to minimize the difference, but this was unexpected. Even so, the quality of service was high enough that I'd call them again if I have another similar issue.

I had a pipe break and ruined a whole room full of carpeting and a bunch of drywall. These guys came in and took care of the cleanup quickly and professionally. I really appreciated how efficiently the team worked and I would definitely recommend their services.

Had an issue in my basement with a leaky water heater, and Vince and David were a huge help. They came out for a free inspection, gave a fair estimate, and got to work right away. They dried everything out quickly and kept the entire workspace clean, covering everything to protect from dust. I really appreciated how they worked with my schedule and even helped me move my belongings out of the way.

We had some pretty severe damage to our apartment after a pipe above us broke. Hydro Shield Restoration was the company brought in by management to access and tear out the damage and we're very satisfied with their work! Vince is an incredibly nice guy and it was nice to talk to him as he worked/he was more than happy to explain what needed to be done on his part to get things fixed. Unfortunately it took awhile for things to dry out just based on the damage, but Vince kept us updated frequently on the progress. I felt like the work was thorough and well done, while simultaneously putting as much priority as they could to get us back in our house as soon as possible. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that needs restoration services!
