Very good communication and fair price!

I just moved my business to Shelton and I received the best customer service that I have ever received with any company ever here! I was desperate for someone to come out and they found a way to accommodate even though their schedule was full. There technician were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond in solving my problems and helping me know how to avoid future problems. Even the receptionist, when I initially called, was the most friendly and accommodating of any other company we spoke to. I recommend Kilowatt to any body who needs the job done immediately.

They did a good job and minimized the damage they had to do to my wall. Very friendly folks, they were more than happy to answer any questions I had. Definitely plan on using them for my next wiring job.

John and his crew were professional in all ways, extremely respectful of the property and location. When the scope of the project ballooned, John and his team were able to carefully assess and respond with my best interests in mind, as a customer and as a home owner. My project was unique and John did his best to keep costs manageable for both of us - he is running a business, but I felt due to the nature of the project he was offering a more than fair price, and again, when the scope changed he kept budget in mind in the solution.

I will be a long time customer of Kilowatt - from Rose in the office to John and crew in the field, I felt extremely valued as a customer.

John also has a very good working relationship with the PUD teams which made a lot of the task much easier.

We needed 2 baseboard heaters installed ASAP (due to squatters removing them) as it is winter time and the only heat in the cabin. Thankfully they were able to squeeze us into the schedule! Not only were they super at the job site, but also very knowledgeable to fix the wall heater that was destroyed by the squatters as well! They were mindful of the time and were efficient. They protected our wood floors and took all the trash with them. Will definitely use them again!! Thank you so much Kilowatt Electric!!! You guys are life savers!! 😃

John and his staff from Kilowatt Electric were outstanding!!! From my very first phone call to Rose in the office, to each and every employee the pride, integrity, and honesty showed was amazing. I was very hesitant about hiring any electrician, but when I spoke to Rose and then John my worries were gone.

I had at least in my mind what I thought would be a huge undertaking of projects consisting of two separate sheds being wired for power, hot tub wiring, flood light installation, RV electrical panel installation, and even a generator hook up to be hard wired to my house fuse panel. John did an amazing job taking the time to explain the bid, providing really good recommendations and answering every question (I had a lot of them). The bid was beyond reasonable, but it was his honesty that sold me on hiring them.

John and his employees were respectful and showed the highest levels of courtesy and professionalism when working on my property and interacting with my family. Through the entire process John kept taking time to explain what was being done and again answering my questions. The workmanship was outstanding!! At every turn his staff focused on quality and doing the job right.

The panel in our house was 40 years old & wired without any afterthought for who would be working on the house later, as John said. The day of install had many issues, from a supplier mistake to PUD issues. John & crew worked into the night, returning on the next day, a saturday, to make sure that everything with the panel, wiring, outlets & install was completed. Very informative & professional, in spite of a job that became difficult. Thanks, guys!

My power went out, something was wrong w/the breaker box. I called Kilowatt Elec. They arrived in 1 hr. Friendly, Professional – found the problem right away & fixed it. I highly recommend them.

When no one else could fit us into their calendar before the Holidays, these folks did!! When you have an inspection report to work through before the appraiser comes out to the property, you don't have time on your side...They were fast, knowledgeable, and walked me through the code regs. They will be the first call my team makes for electrical from here on!!!

Everything!! From the time they gave me a quote, not only where they helpful n thorough their price was right too. They changed two circuits for me that kept popping, when the dryer and the microwave were on at the same time. I also was very pleased with how efficient they were. Kilowatt was a life-saver when we moved into the foreclosed house I'd purchased in an online auction. Paperwork for the house had taken so long we had literally 4 days to be out of our house we'd sold and into the new one. It had been vacant quite awhile, vandalized and the existing electrical panel had been shortened, with a hacksaw. John's crew got us up and running so we had power right away.
I called Kilowatt so many times over the next several months that I was their "favorite customer." John and Justin were so helpful, friendly and professional, I highly recommend Kilowatt Electric.

My experience with these folks was nothing but positive. John is who he says he is and their quality work was done on time and on budget. We had Kilowatt totally rewire and re-power our entire well\water system. This required them to work on schedule with a Drilling company and the PUD to make sure water was restored by then end of the day. I relied on Kilowatt to make sure the power came back on when it was supposed to. They came through and the project was completed successfully.

We moved from the east coast 2.5 yrs ago and have had many contractors out to fix up our house and by far these guys are the best. Professional, thorough and on time. We have had a lot of sub-par work done and had to fight with them to get the job done at least CLOSE to right where Killowatt Electric is the gold standard. We wish we could use them for EVERYTHING!

John and his crew are very honest and up front about the work that has to be done. They could have done more work for more money and I wouldn't have known the difference. Instead, what they originally thought they had to do wasn't necessary and the job was half of the cost. It is so refreshing to have honest people who show up on time and do a great job. I highly recommend using Kilowatt Electric for your electric needs! I recently had work done at my cabin. It was a mix of mysterious troubleshooting, new fixture installation, design planning - John was able to handle it all! The office did an excellent job advising me of schedule, keeping me informed and answering questions. Kilowatt always showed up on time and worked diligently until the job was done. They were efficient and respectful of my "space", and helped translate information from the state and county. Most impressive was that John advised removing a panel that had a history of causing fires, and then found that the problem that caused our electric problem was in fact a result of that bad panel. Good job Kilowatt!

I’ve been battling a wiring issue with a thermostat for almost 2 years. I finally caved in and called this company after reading their reviews. They were very friendly, professional and efficient. I would definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend Kilowatt Electrical. The staff were externally knowledgeable, communicated well, were polite, and answered all my questions. They were were very reasonable priced an I feel that they did not overcharge me for the work.

An electric tankless water heater tripped some breakers, and I called Kilowatt to troubleshoot. After creatively dealing with an access problem left by the construction contractor, John and staff did a thorough and professional diagnostic to ensure that all circuit breakers and supply lines to the unit were intact. Peace of mind that a 120-amp appliance was going to be safe to turn back on was priceless. They also installed a replacement GFI outlet in another location, in just a few minutes. It's good to combine jobs in one visit, when you can.

Professional, friendly, and local, this is an electrical business I was pleased to find.

Response time was appropriate to the issue, and the electrician was courteous, helpful, and never made me feel stupid. It was really the best experience that I have had with electricians!
I will definitely call Killowatt in Shelton again.
