Apex appliances provides a very reliable service for repairs on appliances. They have one of the best stocked parts stores to back them up.

A parts and repair shop like it should be! I really appreciate the time that staff take to help me figure out what repair to make and how to do it. I do my part by bringing in the model & serial number, and they help me take it from there.

They only seem to service apartment building companies and businesses from what they told me today. Just FYI for anyone
trying to get help with a single family residence situation.

I needed help to find an old outdated part. I talked to "Bob" on the phone and he spent a lot of time looking up part numbers, phone numbers, prices and letting me know what all my options were. Apex is always available and has great customer service. I run maintenance for a property management company. I use them exclusively for all my jobs replacing appliances. I appreciate their customer service!!!

My experience was very good. I called in for a part for a fridge. They did not provide coverage for that model, but spent time with me over the phone troubleshooting, looking up part numbers and online purchase options. Couldn't have asked for more.

The guy at the front desk at Apex was really helpful - he helped me figure out what was wrong with my dryer heater assembly right there, using his multimeter. I had pulled the assembly out of the dryer and was trying to figure out what was wrong. Both fuses were bad but the heater element was fine. I replaced the two fuses and now the dryer works again! I will definitely go back here if I need to fix an appliance. I had set up a service call from another company but that was going to take a week. A little DIY work and excellent diagnostic help from the Apex guys, and I now have a working dryer.

Awesome! Just had a dishwasher replaced in our rental. When we finally buy, we will be calling these guys. Super friendly, knowledgeable, good communication and reasonably priced (even though we are renting, I wanted $ figures for future considerations).

The parts guys at Apex were super helpful. When they had to order my part (thermostat for a whirlpool fridge) they called around town to other repair shops to get me the part. No one had it, so they ordered it for me. It arrived the next day, at no extras charge, and it was the best price I could find as well. Thanks guys!
