Read and his team were great to work with for home siding replacement. The work was high quality and on schedule, with excellent communication through the whole process. I would happily go with CNW again for future home construction work.

Read did a terrific job for our house. He has worked on two different projects for us, six months apart: remodeling our master bathroom down to the studs and a lighter remodel on our kitchen. The bathroom project involved demo, drywall, plumbing, waterproofing for a new walk-in shower, tiling, and electrical. The kitchen involved repainting cabinets, plumbing, electrical, HVAC (new range hood), tiling, and regrouting (and tons of other skills I'm probably forgetting). There wasn't any task that Read wasn't capable of providing.

For both jobs, Read and his team were professional, high-quality, reliable, friendly, communicative, and reasonably priced. We were provided with detailed quotes that were spot on, and timelines that were fair given the complexity of the jobs. His work is top quality and beautiful, and we are extremely happy with the finished products. Highly recommended!

All-around top-notch experience end to end. Read was referred to me from a neighborhood site. I required a GC to bid on work incorrectly performed and not completed by a previous GC. Read is knowledgeable, fair, provided a reasonable estimate and adjusted for unidentified issues as the job progressed. His team is professional and quick yet precise and efficient. Our small upstairs deck re-do turned into a much more extensive project when Read discovered water damage and rot due to poor drainage from the old deck. That entire corner of the house needed to be torn apart and rebuilt, with frequent consultation and careful planning. Read’s team showed up early, worked hard, and were always considerate. We’re delighted with the results!

I had a really ugly splotch on the ceiling of my garage. It looked gross and expensive and appeared to be growing.

Read stopped over and looked at it and proposed a plan. What had to be done was surprising, but Read was in charge and had the problem resolved quite quicky and expertly.

Read’s painter did a great job on our deck, on time and as expected. The stain they selected seems perfect for a deck, water beads up on the surface nicely. Very happy.

Also, we had an issue almost 2 months after completion and Read came by the same day and sorted it out quickly. Turns out we just needed a new dishwasher but Read was available to help and answer our questions. Wonderful customer service during and after our project!! We can’t recommend Read and his team enough!!

We had a challenging problem with a gutter, fascia, and roof repair on a section of an older house that a few contractors could not do or recommended replacing the entire roof unnecessarily. His proposed solution worked elegantly.
