I am a general contractor and owner of Lowell’s Custom Build. I have used Salish plumbing now on a couple of my remodel projects. Dustin and his team have done a fantastic job helping the remodel plans come together. Dustin is knowledgeable in his profession and has been a pleasure to work with.

Our problem was accurately assessed and a good amount of time was spent on the initial free consult.
Another company had said they wouldn’t be able to get the part that needed to be replaced and gave a much higher repair bill that required much more work.

We had a complicated project that was started by another plumber and then required Salish Plumbing to come in for the rescue. I AM SO GLAD I FOUND THEM. Their team was patient, attentive, professional, and did a FANTASTIC job on our new bathroom. They ran new pex line, updated a sewer drain, plumbed in a full his and her walk in shower, ran lines to a new sink, and ran new dedicated hot and cold lines to our bathroom (and more!) Despite picking up the job midway, setbacks from materials and delivery, and me feeling VERY DONE with the project before they even arrived - they wrapped up the job quickly. Will absolutely use them again!

Our water heater failed over the weekend. Out of 3-4 plumbing co. I called only Salish Plumbing were able to respond and replace our tank on the weekend. Their quote was reasonable and their installation and service exceeded expectations.

Arrived in the morning at our salon to find the water heater had exploded. Water was everywhere!!!! Called Salish Plumbing and dispatcher expediently got someone (Patrick) to our salon within the hour. Patrick assessed the situation and formed a plan. We had a very old, odd sized tank but Patrick knew what to do so our new system could handle all our loads of laundry (hair towels) AND have plenty of hot water left to shampoo our clients. The dispatcher managed to clear Patrick’s afternoon so our job could get done and we had our hot water back on within hours! Patrick was awesome!! Our salon was beyond busy but he patiently navigated around us. He helped us remove racks of haircolor, he cleaned up with us and after himself, helped us put our color racks back on the wall after the tank was installed and made sure that we were up to temp before he left. What could have been a day of rescheduling clients and waiting around for someone to come help us ended up being a very pleasant day. Patrick was kind, professional and didn’t seem to mind a salon packed full of women flinging haircolor everywhere and yelling over our blow dryers.

I called Salish Plumbing about a leak in the main line and they were able to come out in just a couple of hours to do an overview of the situation for free. Blake is awesome, knowledgable and professional . He took time to see where the problem is and explain to us in details. He provided multiple options to pick from and the pros and cons for each option. I’m so glad I found them.

Great service! Friendly, good listeners, transparent about the process and steps they were taking, respectful in our homes, and very accurate estimate that included taxes. Shout-out to Garrett who came to our house and was great. The owner Dustin is very responsive on e-mail and I think it was Chris(?) who took my initial call, was very well-seasoned in listening skills and customer service. A few other staff came by to take a look and help with some of the task. They were all wonderful and the job was finished in one day. All around excellent. Thank you Salish Plumbing!

Update, Sep 2025: We've now used Salish several times and are very satisfied customers! Reed and Ellie are the staff members I've had the most contact with, and both of them are excellent listeners, clear communicators, and skilled at their work. Ellie (the office manager) was particularly a lifesaver when we had to keep rescheduling to coordinate with insurance and other contractors, and all the plumbing staff were also flexible and cheerful about changing plans and coming back multiple times. Original review, Oct 2024: Reed was great and I would trust him with any plumbing needs in the future. He did meticulous work and patiently explained everything. He told me when he ended up having to do something different from the original plan and he was accommodating about every request, including masking in our house, which sometimes shocks folks these days. Dustin was responsive, always answered the phone or got right back to me, and it was pretty quick to get on their calendar. There was a long delay in getting the shower cartridge I needed from the manufacturer, which was out of Salish Plumbing's control, but everyone was apologetic and tried to make things work as smoothly as possible once I decided to go ahead with a more expensive replacement of the whole unit rather than keep waiting. Reed also cleaned up thoroughly after the job and did what he could to minimize the impact of the disruption of having the work done. Really happy I chose Salish!

Today life was seeming to be one bad thing after another! I was trying to upgrade my sister's house(which keeps a disabled person from being homeless), when I busted a thin copper pipe coming from under the house to the fridge. Water was squinting everywhere! SPC sent Garrett to access my mistake. He took care of my mess by accessing the issue, directing me to the next steps, and fixing the issue. Never had service like this! Didn't believe it existed!! Ratings went up to 10 stars! Although I only can show 5! This amazing plumber and person, lowered my blood pressure, and instilled hope, in a very discouraging moment!
