We've had West Sound service our radiant heat system for the last 4 years. Their technician Jonathan is very knowledgeable and efficient. We've also used their plumbing and electrical services and have been very pleased with that work as well.

On Friday afternoon my tenant's water heater started leaking. It turned out to be the hot water pipe leading out of the water heater. We called West Sound and set up an appointment for Monday. Derek showed up promptly right in the middle of the 2-hour arrival window. He diagnosed and fixed the issue in less than an hour, providing me with photos before and after the repair. We appreciated West Sound's fast response and Derek's friendly, competent approach. I will definitely use West Sound for our future plumbing needs!

Brandon performed the annual maintenance on my high efficiency electric boiler circulating hot water furnace. He was very thorough and documented everything well. He pointed out I didn't have a low water switch to protect the heater. I was happy to have him add it. I strongly recommend WSCS!

Six years later: With a water leak in my boiler system, I felt stymied by the few plumbers who work on these systems and fewer, yet, who will bill directly to home warranty companies. Out of desperation, I visited West Sound Comfort's office. Office Manager, Kaisha, saved the day for me. With 20 years in the trade, she answered questions I hadn't thought to ask. Although the company would not directly bill my home warranty company, Kaisha wrote estimates for me to present to my home warranty company if should decide to pay and seek reimbursement. Kaisha and Jen are the poster children of customer service.

Six years ago: An appointment was made to perform a diagnostic the day after I first contacted West Sound Comfort. Chris arrived on schedule fully prepared with all the parts in the van necessary to get our boiler radiant heat and domestic water system up and running the same afternoon. I was amazed at the depth of Chris' knowledge, competency and experience. I would recommend West Sound Comfort to everyone who needs boiler system repairs.

Westsound comfort recently installed a new system for our boiler in our old home in Bremerton . They were very professional and upfront about pricing and they executed the job perfectly.

HONEST Company! 100% recommend! I called West Sound Comfort Systems to get information about water heater maintenance. She took my info down and called me back in an hour after she'd spoken to one of the plumbers. She was very honest and said that the work I was interested in did NOT need to be done at this time. The company could have easily made a few hundred dollars, but instead, they were honest, which I appreciated so much. They definitely gained a future customer.

Updated review for recent project: we ended up having our entire boiler system replaced over a 5-day period. They arrived on time and worked late everyday and ended up finishing a day early on the overall install. Everything was done so professionally and our systems looks incredible and operates flawlessly. Chris and his team truly care about the work they do and you can feel their energy and drive for excellence. They are the only company we found that was licensed to do the plumbing, electric, gas line, install and all other details. To have one company be licensed to do every step of the job guarantees it will be done on time and with absolute accuracy. Chris and his team made us feel comfortable to leave our home during the install. We knew our home was in good safe and capable hands. Thank you Chris and your amazing team. Highly Recommended.

West Sound Comfort Systems have installed out WH unit 5 years ago and this was the first time for maintenance.
Communication was on spot. Technician Chris was knowledgeable and efficient. Reacting parts replaced and tuneup done!

Super responsive and professional. They responded first thing next business day to my request for service to a broken heater. Tech arrived within a couple hours to fix the problem. Tompall (tech) was terrific… really knows his stuff, and explained everything that needed to be done clearly. I highly recommend this company. Excellent service on our radiant floor heat boiler unit from Chris at West Sound. Very thorough going through the maintenance on the boiler and checking for any problems in the system. Also very patient with me and explained the operation of the system and what he was checking. I learned a lot from him! We’ll be establishing ongoing service with them.

My fridge waterline valve sprung a leak and would not shut off. Water pooled on the kitchen floor and laundry room. I was home alone, hysterical, and called my neighbors to help since I could not reach a plumbing company to come to my rescue. I had called six plumbing companies to no avail. My neighbor’s husband located the main shut off valve to the house. He googled “emergency plumbing” and made contact with Westsound Comfort Plumbing on my behalf. Westsound Comfort Plumbing deployed Derek within a reasonable timeframe to replace the fridge waterline, leaky valve, and pipe housing unit. Derek also found other leaky valves in the kitchen and half bathroom. He replaced them with quarter turn valves and stopped all the leaks. Derek was the consummate professional and checked all the other plumbing fixtures in the house to ensure that there were no other hidden surprises. He eagerly explained his procedures to quell my fears and anxiety. I told him, “Derek, you’re my angel”. I’m so thankful to all my neighbors for helping me in this stressful situation, to Westsound Comfort Plumbing for answering the call on the first ring, and to Derek for his knowledge, expertise, and expeditious response.

Brandon Brown not only made absolutely sure that my heating system was functioning efficiently, he also took the time to explain how the system works giving me even more confidence in my choice of West Sound Comfort.
