I was very happy with Herdman plumbing from the very beginning. I thought they gave me a fair price and I felt they went above and beyond. Craig came a few days before the job to make sure his guys were going to have every thing they needed to be set up for success. Drake, Mikey, and Brett showed up when they said they were gonna and went right to work. They got it done in a timely manner and did an excellent job and they made sure everything was working and made sure I was happy. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Michael and Chris replaced two water heaters that weee side by side and rerouted the piping for them to allow for them to work more efficiently. They were great at communicating right from their arrival, which of course was on time. They went over everything they would be doing and also when I asked them when they were part way done they explained the point they were at. When finished the job looked fantastic!! They left behind zero mess or supplies which I always appreciate and shows the pride that they have. I valued their work so much that they will be coming back tomorrow to do 3 valve replacements in one of our showers!!! Looking forward to another fantastic job!!

Jim and Ken are truly the dynamic duo of plumbing! They fixed the issues with my tub and toilet, but went above and beyond by replacing a stubborn shutoff valve to the toilet, locating where my waterline enters the house so the could provide an estimate for a shutoff valve, and tightened the bolts on my toilet. Explained things thoroughly so I knew what they did and what I need to do on certain plumbing issues if they happen. Their visit made my day!! How often do you hear that when you have someone doing repairs??!! This visit alone committed me to using Herdman Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs. Thank you Jim and Ken!!!

Chris and Kyle were very professional. They were punctual and respected my kitchen. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and presented a solution. Upon approval of the work required, repair was quickly completed.

Great from the first phone call, a real person answered, they arrived when they said they would, answered all of our questions, helpful, friendly, and very competent. Jim and Dakota arrived on time, letting me know they were on their way. They came in to the house, looked at the job. Discussed what was needed assembled the stuff needed and got busy repairing it. I think they finished replacing the plumbing under my sink in the kitchen, including all of the discussions in about an hour . Very very nice people very polite and good listeners since I’m a talker. The two young men that unplugged my kitchen sink for me knew immediately what the problem was. They appeared to be very experienced. They arrived on time, and both of them explained what the problem was and assured me things I thought I had done to make the problem worse were problems they had seen before. For years I had used a different plumbing company that seemed to be so expensive. I did a goggle search and discovered Herdman Plumbing had the highest reviews. I am thrilled I decided to try this company. I will be referring my friends to them and might change my sewer, heating and cooling to Herdman.

Jim and Chris installed a Rinnai tankless water heater, after a 3year old “eco friendly,” 60 gallon heater failed and leaked causing damage. The installation is very clean and organized. They did a great job. After the installation, they answered any questions I had and showed me how to operate and shut off the water and gas if needed. Also, I had 4 other quotes for tankless heaters and Herdman by far had the best price.

If you have a hybrid water heater, do yourself a favor and replace it with a gas heated on demand. You will not regret spending that extra money!

Kyle and Kenneth did a great job doing multiple things at our new house! They came to fix a failing main water and also knocked out installing a new water heater, and moving the plumbing for our washer. We’re very happy with the work and appreciative of their efficient and quick turn-around.

Jim and Ken installed our tankless water heater. They were fast and friendly! Thank you for going the extra mile to clean up after and calling for the guys to come out to give the free HVAC estimate.

Initially I hired Herdman Plumbing to address a problem with a booster pump which had failed and left water on the floor of the mechanical room. Herdman sent Kyle and Christopher out to analyze the problem. Kyle explained the pump needed to be replaced; he ordered a new pump. While Kyle was on site, he noticed that there was a gas leak from an outdoor pipe. The pipe was a unique size and a replacement had to be ordered. Cascade Gas was called to confirm the location of the leak. When Kyle brought the gas leak to my attention, I recognized the same smell in the main bedroom and brought it to the attention of Ashley from Cascade Gas. She confirmed there in fact was a gas leak from a gas fireplace and shut off the gas to the entire house.
Kyle from Herdman Plumbing, understanding the inconvenience of having the gas shut off made every effort to get the gas issues repaired asap. To remedy the gas leak at the fireplace in the main bedroom, Kyle, assisted by Christopher, had to go into the crawl space. When they did this, they found dripping and standing water from nails driven through the in-floor heating system. Kyle waded through all of that and capped off the gas to the fireplace.
A few days later, Kyle and Christopher returned to install the new booster pump in the mechanical room; voluntarily they mounted the new pump on a platform and made sure the electrical cords were neatly hung on the wall to protect the cord and new booster pump.
This was a nightmare situation, but knowing I had such capable and compassionate professionals helped me to stay positive. This all happened over the holidays, and even the office staff was responsive and caring. I cannot recommend Kyle, Christopher and Herdman Plumbing enough. They will be there for you; they will do an excellent job because they pay attention to the details. Kudos to Herdman Plumbing for finding a great staff to complement their business.

My tenant called to let me know he saw a drip on the main water line and while tightening the gate valve, it broke off and water was spraying everywhere...... the main shut off meter box was burried in the woods among sticker bushes. Jim and Drake came after hours and saved the day/night helped shut off the main and installed a new ball valve and hose bib putting us back in business. Jim and Drake knew exactly what to do and get it done fast. Five Stars.

Christopher did some amazing work with getting our water line up to code and was informative about the whole process. This company has done right by us and recommend them for quality work.

Thoroughly impressed with the service from Michael and Ken. Extremely professional, helpful, informative, personable and couldn't ask for more in a stressful situation. I will definitely ask for these two if I have any more problems and because of them will always consider Herdman Plumbing as my first choice from now on! I give them an A+ rating.
