Very professional and fast. Did a plumbing inspection, told me the likely causes of my issue. Only took 15 minutes they even went out of there way to replace a washer in my outdoor faucet.

Showed up on time and replaced all the galvanized plumbing left in the house and installed a new water heater. Very friendly and good quality work.

The plumber was quick and clearly an expert. Spent 20 minutes as I had the correct supplies. BTW Home Depot plumber helped get the correct plumbing parts Lowes sold me the WRONG parts. Since I paid for the hour, Silverdale plumber then assisted at explaining my old hot water heater should be replaced soon and listed the correct parts I would need to get it to code. Sure enough the Hot water heater died a week later. I should have listened to him at the time. I would use again in the future.

My leaking tub valve turned out to be a difficult project, but Boen maintained a good sense of humor and completed the task anyway. He even delivered other services on my wish list that were initially thought out of reach. He went "above and beyond". Thanks, Boen. It was a pleasure.

They are skilled, know their job and do it well. I had one of their technicians, Troy, work on connecting /sweating pipe for a boiler and indirect water heater. I told him where the pipes needed to go, and he did an excellent job of connecting the pipes flawlessly. A great partnership for a somewhat complex install.

Incredible service. The employees are very knowledgeable and honest. We needed a hose bib to be replaced. Herdmann plumbing wanted $450 for that repair. Silverdale plumbing did it for $200 (including parts and labor). These are the people to call when you have plumbing issues. We will definitely use them again.

These guys were great. They came through when another company let me down. Their admin/scheduler was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The plumber was punctual, professional, and did an excellent job. Price was reasonable for the service.
