Christian provided expert electrical system installation and modification for my gas to heat pump furnace conversion installation. Christian was on time, friendly, and willing to engage on all my questions. The switch panel modifications, wiring runs, outlet installs and continuity checks were all perfect. He worked in sync with the heat pump install team. We talked through and agreed on my preferences on wiring runs and wall penetrations. Permit inspector completely approved the work. Christian and Evergreen State Electric were an absolute pleasure to work with.

Evergreen State Electrical replaced and upgraded our panel and rewired our kitchen for a remodel. It required running new circuits and re-wiring some other circuits. They also fixed an issue in a circuit in our basement. They were highly professional, followed through on everything as planned, devised great solutions to some of our difficult issues, and delivered high quality work. I also want to call attention to Christian's work, he was very attentive to many details in our kitchen and made great suggestions, he earned our trust and was a highlight of the project.

Ryan is so great! He has been coming out for the past three years to do the routine maintenance on my heat pump and furnace. He is wonderful about taking the time to answer my questions and explain things to me. I ask for him specifically because he is so easy to work with. Thanks Ryan!!!

I upgraded my HVAC system from electric resistance to a heat pump. I looked for superlative installation and certainly found that with Evergreen State. From the very start Blaine answered all of my excessive technology questions and designed a robust system to meet my requirements. I wanted to move the air handler from the crawl space to an interior closet and Cliff and Rich quickly determined that they could make that happen! Within a week, Evergreen State was back for the installation. Everyone was on time, courteous, and professional. I kept myself out of the way except a few moments where I just had to ask some questions. Dom received the first barrage of installation day questions, and he responded clearly, in a manner that seemed effortless, and was openly welcoming – made me feel great all the way around! As the installation progressed, I observed consistent attention to detail and quality. About half way through the install they asked me about preferred placement for something. I shared my admiration for the excellence of their work and my response was simply, “I trust you and empower you to just do the right thing.” Rich then talked of “craftsmanship”, the importance of his personal brand, and the Evergreen State brand. Dom supported with similar. Wow, I was/am so very impressed. Skipping ahead to the end result… the system is wonderful, the house is uniformly warm, the air quality is fantastic, and it is blissfully quiet. Of course, I crawled the crawl space and inspected all of the work (duct, electrical, pipe/tubing runs, etc.) and it is outstanding, and everything was left clean and neat! It was great to get a proper diagnosis of what was wrong with our air conditioning and furnace and to have it up and running in no time at all. It was nice that our appointment was available quickly and that the service technician who came was so well versed in how to fix the problem.

I had a Mitsubishi ductless heat pump installed. Several electrical services done by Christian. Brandon, Dom installed the unit. Blaine was my original point of contact with this company. He was very patient explained everything and even corrected incorrect information I was given by other companies. This company was so impressive. I compared several companies and I was so right with this choice. Service was fast, efficient and very professional. Very sensitive to my home and current environment. Would definitely recommend them. They were responsive and customer service was exceptional.

Rich, Able, and Jack replaced our old gas furnace with a new heat pump system and did a fantastic job! Super clean install in terms of keeping the area clean during/after their work and how all the components looked after the install. It’s clear these guys know their stuff and take pride in what they do. Couldn’t be happier with the install and they got it all done in a day!

Evergreen State Electrical was one phase of an additional HVAC install. The crew was super professional and assisted with an electrical issue outside the scope of the project. Great communication. Great people. Would recommend.

Both the Emily and Ryan were great! Emily quickly got me on the schedule and had excellent customer service. When I first called she reached out to one of the techs and called me back to help troubleshoot the problem. I called back later and like I mentioned above she was able to get me on the schedule. Ryan showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had our geothermal system up and running within the hour. He explained in detail what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. I will continue to use and refer people to this great company.

We are very happy about Evergreen State Electrical and HVAC, they installed heat pump, furnace, electric panel upgrade, electric car charge outlet and other high power outlets. The team (Rich) has done a good job on the installation and their price is very competitive. They are able to install the unit in small space and did a good job on the work. We definitely will recommend their services to our friends.

Very professional. Three bids and this was the best solution for our heat pump needs. Told us what they would do and when, then did it. Even saved us a little during the process! We are very pleased with the results, though we’re still learning the tricks to the temp settings.

Had Christian come out to install a new ceiling fan in our master bedroom and to put in a dimmer switch downstairs. Super happy with the results and his professionalism.

After I had a mini-split heat pump system installed, Christian Hammond said that they also do other electrical work. Their work was inspected by the City of Bellevue and the electrical permit was signed off by the inspector. No problems.

I contacted Evergreen State Electrical Services after purchasing light fixtures and other materials. He gladly adjusted the brightness of several fixtures. You don't realize the difference between Soft White and Warm White in the store when you are deciding which fixture to purchase. Made a difference in my kitchen and living room.

He is very experienced electrician and was educating his co-worker. It gives you confidence in the installation. I am happy with his work and will enjoy my home even more.

I contacted Evergreen State A/C for preventive maintenance on my newer Trane heat pump system. It was easy to schedule an appointment and they showed up right on time. The technician (Jackson) was very friendly and professional and he thoroughly answered all my questions. It was a great experience from start to finish.

EDIT: we’ve had follow up work from them, and they’ve been absolutely fantastic. They did some very challenging Ethernet cable runs, electrical wiring, and other work. We’ve been happy with every experience with them.

I conducted a thorough search for an HVAC company to install ductless mini-split AC units in 3 bedrooms. I received 6 bids from highly rated companies. I chose Evergreen Eastside due to the knowledgeable estimator, his specific solution, install proposal and good value. The installation went smoothly, 3 days, 2-4 workers per day. The installers were professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. So far, all units are working as advertised and we are very happy. My only area of improvement would be for the workers to be a bit more aware of the dirt they track in and lay down carpet coverings. This is a good company to work with.

They were able to work me in sooner than other companies I also contacted. They were quick, efficient and fixed my issue easily. I will certainly call them again if needed.
