All reviews for Western Hemlock Tree Service

Alex and his team did a great job trimming the pine tree hanging over my garage. Very responsive and great communication through the whole process. Was a bonus to work with a local company! Recommend this company to anyone looking for similar services.

Mark and his crew did a great job! I'd definitely recommend and use again.

My neighbor had a tree that had many branches coming low over my yard. I spoke with her and we talked about taking the tree down or raising the canopy. Since I originated the talks, she let me handle the project. I contacted a couple of tree services to get bids for both services. We settled on a date with a company to take the tree down, but my neighbor decided to postpone last minute. She then changed her mind and wanted to proceed, but for raising the canopy. The other company couldn't do the job until the next week, so I called Western Hemlock to re-bid the quote for raising the canopy only. They sent the new quote very quickly, were competitively priced, and were extremely accommodating by scheduling a date within 2 days of my phone call. I had never used them before, but I was impressed with the crew who were very efficient in pruning the tree between both my yard and my neighbors. When they were done (less than 45 minutes), they cleaned up, my neighbor and I we split the cost, and just like that, they were gone.

I would definitely recommend Western Hemlock for any tree services!

I had a fantastic experience with Western Hemlock Tree Service. Their team was prompt, professional, and took great care of my property while removing a large maple tree from my backyard. They cleaned up everything thoroughly afterward, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend them for any tree service needs!

Western Hemlock did a great job paring back a large maple that was rotten, falling apart in places and threatening my house. They were very responsive, the estimator was friendly and helpful, the crew were friendly, they worked efficiently, communication was great throughout, and they did an awesome job cleaning up. One of the best things: they didn't try to sell me additional work on trees that don't need it.

I received a load of wood chips from this company for our community garden. The driver was friendly, professional, and extremely conscientious. He did an excellent job placing the chips perfectly in the spot designated. He was very careful and checked his work often to make sure everything went well. I was very impressed. He even impressed the neighborhood “Mr. Wilson” who I saw smile for the first time ever while giving the driver a side hug. Well done! This was an excellent experience. I highly recommend this company.

Great crew that trimmed 15 evergreen and huge pine trees. Excellent work, cleaned up our yard afterwards, they were careful around plants. We will use again if we need any additional work done.

Marc and his crew were awesome. They were conscientious and did a great job removing trees from our property. I would recommend them to anyone who needs large or small trees removed and stumps ground up!

This is the best tree service I have ever used. Marc and his crew trimmed two huge trees, about 75 years old, and did a fantastic job. They were timely , courteous and did a great cleanup for a reasonable price. Overall they exceeded expectations.

Highly recommend Western Hemlock. Brandon is amazing. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable and delivered more than I expected. Marc and crew pruned my monkey tree to perfection! I learned a lot from both Brandon and Marc about the continuing care of my tree.

We had 4 very large cherry trees and 2 bushes cut down that they cut, stacked, and saved larger pieces for us. Clean up was great! Very friendly, efficient, and skilled. What a pleasure!

I hired Western Hemlock to remove 2 huge trees that were very close to my house and in close proximity to other homes and wooden fencing. Alex the owner was very responsive and kept me informed during the whole process. The crew of 4 with Jesus and Dave arrived on time every day and did excellent work. They were pleasant to work with and cleaned up every day. There were two other excellent workers as well but I didn’t get their names. They took both trees down in a small area and took care to not contact anything in my yard. I didn’t even loose a shrub! Other companies told me all my plants would be lost during the process. They also used a machine to grind the stumps way down leaving the area looking very clear. Dave even surprised me with three very cool wooden stools that he made from the rounds. I couldn’t be more happy with their work. I highly recommend this company.

Amazing experience from initial phone call to onsite service. Very skilled crew! I can't believe how fast they worked and what great shape they left everything in. I will definitely use them again.

Mark and his crew were incredible. They took time to listen and engaged me in the decision making. They offered advice when I wasn't sure. They had me inspect upon completion to make sure they'd done everything we wanted. They went back up a tall maple a second time to get a dead branch we hadn't seen. Super friendly crew. Exceptional tree service!

Mark and his crew came out to clear some dead trees and trimmed our branches. They did an amazing job.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Marc & crew were absolutely fantastic, professional & a positive joy to work with. I would & have already recommended them to my neighbors who have asked. 100% would work with them again if I had any more trees on my property, just can't say enough positive things about the crew & experience as a whole, hands down, couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks again to Brandon & Claudia in the office & Marc & the crew.....keep up the great work & I will keep spreading the word to anyone who asks!

Alex and his team removed a 40+ year old, almost 3 story tall cherry tree that had fallen on my house. I gave Alex a ring on a Friday, and he was at my house within 2 hours. His team was onsite the next day (Saturday), and the entire tree was gone in 8 hours. Despite the size of the tree and the limited space in our backyard, the team was able to remove the tree with zero additional damage to my house.

Top notch service from beginning to end - quick responsiveness, highly skilled team, and thorough clean up of the site. Most importantly, Alex and his team were highly empathic and patient as it was our first time working with homeowners insurance. 11/10 would work with again, and be careful of super wet rainy seasons that can really mess up your trees!

I highly recommend Western Hemlock. Alex and his crew did a wonderful job, they were professional and respectful. Alex responded quickly and made sure to answer all our questions. They did a great job of cleaning up the debris. I would recommend them to anyone in need of tree services.

We hired Marc and his crew to come back out to trim out the dead branches and wind sail on 2 huge Douglas firs. Fabulous job. Now we feel much safer.

Marc and his crew did a great job taking down dead limbs and pruning back a big leaf maple before winter storms arrived. They did quality work, moved quickly, and were very friendly.

Marc and his crew were true professionals. The service was for topping and tightening the canopy of multiple trees. They worked fast and left the yard cleaner than they found it. A great team! Thank you.
