All reviews for Capitol Duct Cleaning

I'm currently working with Capital Duct on my crawl space. It hasn't been the easiest job for them but they make me feel completely taken care of. Amy in the office is phenomenal, she is hilarious, personable and caring! Matt and Dom are my technicians, they have gone above and beyond so far! I plan on using them for all my ducting needs and would highly recommend them to anyone that needs their services.

They were so nice and thorough with their work, didn’t feel they were rushing! Any messes (which was very little) they cleaned it all up and were very considerate. I would definitely have them back!

I would highly recommend this duct cleaning company! I truly appreciate the technician, Quintin, who came to my home—he did an outstanding job. From the moment he arrived, I could tell he was very professional. He wore shoe covers and brought high-quality, efficient equipment that provided a deep and thorough air duct cleaning. He also shared helpful knowledge and before-and-after pictures with me, which I really appreciated.

I also want to thank the front desk team, especially Amy and her co-worker. Because of my kids’ school event, they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I can’t thank them enough for their flexibility and kindness.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the service. Highly recommended!

Great Job-great company

Andrew was great. He explained exactly what he was going to do and took the time to explain the technology he was using. He didn't have to disconnect my dryer and was able to do everything from outside at the the dryer vent. It only took him 15 minutes or so to clean the vent and then he used a meter to ensure that my dryer was putting out the proper air flow. A final cleanup with a powerful shop vac and he was done, I will definitely hire these folks again!

Quinten and his partner were great. Super quick and showed photos of the completed work! Thanks so much!

The workers were nice and informative and finished the work in time for me to get ready for work. Also they locked the basement door for me and that was a big thing cuz I didn't have to do it 💪🐢

Capitol Duct Cleaning is an amazing business. Everyone I have worked with there is extremely professional, practical and patient!! I appreciate their help so much and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Out the next day after my call, on time, very thorough job and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

Matt and beautiful Amiya are the best. Three days of hard work under the house. They got straight to work every day and got it done. We appreciate their dedication and professionalism. THANKS Capitol Duct

Brett and Joe were awesome shoring up and repairing our ductwork (which had become disconnected in the wall and trunk) and doing an Aeroseal when they had everything put back together. Very clean, very fast, and very good service. They will be my first call from now on.

Very thorough and professional cleaning and sanitizing of whole house ductwork. Technician took his time and did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again.

I was extremely satisfied with Capital Duct Cleaning's service, from beginning to end. Communication regarding appointment time and service to be provided was super, as I had not ever had this work done before. My tech Andrew M. was excellent, calming my concerns about the many obstacles throughout the house and explaining what was to be done, and how. He was really professional. I can't thank him enough. Highly recommended.

This company and all employees are outstanding. They are knowledgeable, great communicators and totally trustworthy. We are extremely happy with their service.

Quick, professional, and helpful. They cleaned my laundry duct - and helped get it back into proper position as a bonus. I will be seeing them again whenever I need maintenance, installation, and repair!

Capitol Duct Cleaning completed an awesome job at my home today. Technician Quintin arrived promptly and performed the job with integrity and professionalism. He explained the duct cleaning process clearly to me and showed me before-and-after photos of the ducts being cleared and later sanitized. This company invests in professional equipment and clearly trains their technicians well. Thank you, Quintin, for helping our household breathe easier now with clean ducts leading to and from our furnace! Five out of five stars, no question!

Big shout out to Quintin G!! I was very pleased with the work he completed in my home. Quintin G was very pleasant and respectful. He was very helpful and educated me on the system he worked on. Thank you Quintin! You’re the best! I would recommend this company and working with Quintin to my friends and family!

Lucas did a great job cleaning my duct work. Quick and efficient! Very knowledgeable Will definitely come back to Capital Duct in 2027! Give Lucas a pay raise!

Our technician Quentin, awesome guy and did an awesome job! Very informative concerning his cleaning maintenance of our HVAC System Maintenance 👍🏻 Love the fact this company is Veteran-owned, so I know I will get excellent service for the 3rd time! 🤗 TY Quentin!!

Russ was on time and went to work! We had never had our air ducts cleaned previously. Based on the dirt built up in the blower motor we just had cleaned, it seemed logical to have the ducts cleaned as well. I was somewhat skeptical of the need to have it done but was pleasantly surprised by all the grime in the return air ducts. Not cheap but they did an A+ job!
