I had Matt come out and look at my toilet that started acting funny out of the blue. He was super friendly and helped me fix my issue.

I had a really big leak under my house late night and into the early morning before I realized. I called Mountain Plumbing and they had someone out within the hour to look at it and within 2 hours they fixed the huge water leak coming from my bathroom and my front room wish washer line. They also replaced my main valve that connects all of my lines through my whole house.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with these guys. I had a drain stoppage in the middle of my house blocking my kitchen sink, only bathtub and washing machine drain. The toilets and bathroom sinks were working fine so the problem was isolated to inside the house. My home warranty service sent another company out to handle it but they were unable to fix the problem and they told the warranty company it was outside my house. I fought with the warranty company and they sent mountain plumbing out the next day and Matt and Tye showed up on time and were extremely personable and professional. They listened to the backstory and my understanding of the issue and got to work to figure the problem out. They brought the big drain snake and found and cleared the clog quickly.
They checked that all the drains flowed and cleaned their mess up and gave some recommendations for plumbing care as a homeowner. My dog was cool with them and that speaks volumes as well. All around I would hire these guys for any future issues. -
I had a great experience with Mountain Plumbing! They have done several repairs for me, big and small. They were quick to let me know what the issue was & patiently walked me through the process and the resolution. I thought their prices were fair and I would happily use them again!(But hoping I don’t have to 😅💦)

They did a good job with getting my shower fixed. America Home Shield was poor at all of it. I called in December to get the shower pressure fixed, and now after all this time, pointing fingers, and reporting to BBB its done.

Don’t trust this people, they came to my home 4 time to fix my toilet. My insurance company send them and they didn’t do anything and wanted to charge me more money. They keep coming up with excuses every time they came to my house. When I spoke to the lady that scheduled their appointments for their 4th time to come to my home she told me that they will be working for an hour or more when they come in. That last time they came, they were only there for 30 min and told me they could not find problem and their boss will be calling me the next day which I didn’t get any phone calls from their boss for 3 day, so I call my insurance and complain about them. I had to look for a different plumbing company to help me fix the problem I have with my toilet. Don’t trust them m, they’re the worst plumbing company I ever encountered.

Initially, I thought Mountain Plumbing would be a great company to work with. The guy who came out to look at our leaking water heater was knowledgeable and nice. When they came out and saw that our water heater was leaking, I asked if they could possibly put a rush on this. They then stated that Fidelity Home Warranty takes 10-12 days to ship out the water heater and that it likely wouldn't come sooner. This was on Nov 26th.
Fidelity approved our water heater replacement and let us know what our portion would cost and I approved the replacement on Nov 29. This is when Mountain Plumbing COULD have and SHOULD have picked up the water heater so that their customer could have peace of mind. By Dec 10th, I still hadn't heard anything from Mountain Plumbing. I tried calling and leaving a message. No call back. I called back day after day with no call back. I left messages. On Dec 15th, I started getting Fidelity involved. Fidelity started calling and emailing as well. Still no call to schedule the water heater replacement.
Today is Dec 21st More than a month has passed since the initial contact was made with Mountain Plumbing. My water heater is still leaking. In my opinion, it is a ticking timebomb. We have to turn off the water to the house any time we leave and at night. We also turn down the temperature so that the heat does not get too high. If the water heater decides it's time to go, the interior of our home will likely be damaged. The drywall will need repaired. Fidelity wont pay for this damage and likely, neither will Mountain Plumbing.
Every night, I have been waking up several times to check on the water heater in the middle of the night. Mountain Plumbing leaves zero peace of mind.
In talking to one of the employees, she states that Mountain Heating & Cooling and Mountain Plumbing are combining and that this has been going on for a week. They also say that they have no idea if they have my water heater at their location. No body is calling back. I am left with no answers and a ton of stress. I can't cancel the order to go with another company or I will owe a restocking fee.
If I were you, I would RUN from this company. I will inform Fidelity that I will not work with them again. I hope this helps anyone looking for a plumber. I am honestly sorry it came to this. I much prefer to leave positive reviews. -
Honestly the worst service ever. They were hired to do a plumbing repair for us. They booked two weeks out, the technician called in sick and they rescheduled another two weeks out (despite me having taken a vacation day to be home for the work). They came out, looked at the issue and submitted the claim to our insurance. That claim was approved more than six weeks ago. I have emailed and called this company no less than 15 times to get the repair work done and no one ever responds. Please don’t bother wasting your time.
