All reviews for MASTER Heating & Cooling

Artem and his crew are fantastic. As a builder, I’ve worked with a lot of contractors, and he’s one of the easiest to work with. Great communication, great pricing, solid work that always passes inspection, and he really knows HVAC. I’ve used him on multiple builds and will continue to do so. Highly recommend.

### 5-Star Review for Master Heater and Cooling LLC

"I recently had Artem Sorokin at Master Heater and Cooling LLC install a new Mini Split HVAC system in my home, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, their team was the epitome of professionalism. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions without any pressure.

What really stood out was their commitment to cleanliness—they covered floors, wore shoe covers, and left my home spotless, as if they were never there. The installation was incredibly efficient; they completed the job in just one day, minimizing any disruption to my routine.

Their pricing was competitive and transparent—no hidden fees or surprises, which made the whole process stress-free. The quality of their work is top-notch; my system runs quietly and efficiently, and I've already noticed savings on my energy bills.

Overall, Master Heater and Cooling LLC delivered excellent service from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of heating or cooling solutions—true professionals who go above and beyond!"

Prompt service. Vitaly is a true professional; friendly and respectful. Excellent work ethics. we love our new tankless water heater and the new thermostat you install last year as well. Thank you!

These people are very helpful! Vitaly helped me out twice. The first time was around Christmas time, he showed up the next day after my call and took care of the issue I had quickly and professionally. The second time Vitaly promptly fixed a major issue I had and gave me a great discount. I haven’t dealt with other techs from the company but Vitaly is a very kind and respectful professional. I highly recommend this company.

Best hvac company around. Quick response/estimates. Show up get the job done with quality and fair pricing.

Master heating&Cooling The best hit I've ever seen, very easy to negotiate, starting with inviting for an assessment, very nice in communication, Artem, the company's boss, came to the site himself and discussed all the details before starting, which gave me confidence that we were on the right track,
During construction, the team worked clearly, I was surprised by the achieved result, the finishing was done very neatly and quickly, now the heating and cooling system works exclusively, also, The real wood fireplace was installed professionally 👍👍👍 I really like it, and I'm happy that in my house always temperature what I need!

Artem and his guys are amazing! My company uses them for our new construction, I use them for my rentals, my agents use them, clients use them and everyone has a 5/5 experience with the company and crew!

We have used Master Heating and Cooling for multiple HVAC projects the last couple years. Their communication is great and they have always been available for us whether the job was big or small. They installed a new gas furnace two years ago, just recently installed a mini split system for us, ran gas lines for bbqs and outdoor fire pits. They are always super helpful and knowledgeable. I’d definitely recommend them for any hvac related job.

Installed brand new system in my south hill craftsman home and shop as part of my Restoration project.
Excellent, craftsmanship, good communication and fair pricing.
I would highly recommend them.

Vitaly was our installer. He was extremely friendly and professional. He went the extra mile to ensure our Air conditioning was functional by the end of the day. Very satisfied with our final product. No mess left behind either.

Artem and his team are AMAZING! As a personal customer and realtor Artem has great communication, prices, and his work is thorough. He is quick to get the job done and easy to communicate with. If you have any HVAC needs check these guys out! They are truly phenomenal and knowledgeable

Artem and his employees recently diagnosed an issue that the seller didn’t disclose when purchasing the home. After having multiple people provide us with multiple different answers, some upward of $15Kin repair costs, Artem’s team came out and added duct work to a system that wasn’t working efficiently. Instead of adding extra costs, Artem fixed the real issue, which was adding more circulation to a failing system. One day later, the system isn’t freezing up and the airflow in our new home is finally efficient. Thank you!
