Tech came in and listened to my concerns, offered a fix, information, and solved my issue that was caused by another company. I appreciated his no BS explanation and advice. I am now more informed. We will be needing a new gas fireplace insert in the future and they have my business.

We hired McCleary to install a new heating system in our new-to-us 4000 sq ft home in 2000. it was late fall and bitterly cold. The new furnace was in and functional in a matter of hours, and we've never used anyone else since, for several subsequent homes. In a word, they are the BEST!

I wanted to switch the appliances in my very old home from electric to gas. I called McCleary Heating and Air Conditioning who had come highly recommended to me by a friend. Matt came out to give me an estimate. He was extremely knowledgable and took the time to answer additional questions I had about additional work I needed done. When Matt returned to complete the job he was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything he had done and then kindly offered to haul away and dispose of my old appliance for me! I could not be happier with the quality of work and professionalism of the people I dealt with within this company!

Across two different homes, Matt has replaced hot water heaters, converted our electric furnace to a gas furnace, installed a new AC unit, installed multiple ductless mini-splits, and has been our go-to HVAC company for over 10 years running now. I honestly will never call anyone else. McCleary installed our new furnace and a tankless water heater last year. They were exceptional and reasonably priced and efficient. This winter we've been dealing with a frozen pipe and haven't had any hot water. We were having trouble locating the frozen pipe so we called McCleary. Michael came by same day, which I'm sure they were super busy with the whole city dealing with busted pipes. He located the frozen pipe and got us set up for success in order to thaw and get back to working order. He called the next day to check if we had hot water. And they didn't even charge us. I moved back to Spokane after having lived in California for years and I didn't know this kind of customer service and kindness still existed. Please use McCleary they are the best. Hands down.

Matt is the best. Our thermostat quit working when it was below zero outside and Matt came right away. He took the time to set up the new thermostat and explain it to us. He also installed an air conditioner for us this past year. Honest and reliable - hard to find this today. I highly recommend McCleary Heating.

Matt has replaced an AC unit for us in our first house, a new furnace in our current house, and just today came to the rescue and did a quick fix to our AC unit. We trust his transparency and honesty and know he's going to do quality work. We won't call anyone else for our heating and AC needs!

I called for service when my furnace was only blowing cold air. The furnace was old and we knew it was nearing the end... they quoted me the price to replace the broken part as well as a whole new unit. We went with the whole unit and less than 24 hours later they were able to install a brand new furnace for us.

Have worked with them several times in the last twelve years. They are great on the phone and in person. Our builder contracted with them to install a multi-zoned system that took a lot of work to get right. Robert made several trips to our house to educate us and tweek the system to work for us. Would call them again, will call them first in the future
