I’ve been using Advanced Electric for the past 15 years for the security cameras and alarm system for my business. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional.

The company seems courteous, answers the phone and is generally attentive to customer needs. Makes an appointment for an estimate and comes out promptly to give it and that's where it ends. I'm not sure why but after that there was no communication and no estimate given even after reaching back out several times. I asked for a box upstairs and down and perimeter cameras and did not block when was given potential verbal pricing.
To summarize, they seem helpful at first but if they're this attentive at giving an estimate, what's the service going to be if counting on them daily for your security.

Called a month ago, cannot get these people to come out or do work for us. Try another company and save yourself some headaches.

I reside next to an apartment being built in the Valley and this security system is used while they're under construction, however whenever after hours if someone seems to be near that property ppl voice on the intercom because there are cameras and speakers on their security. Seems cool right?… no it’s awful. The people who speak on the speaker will suggest whomever is trespassing need to leave etc (it sounds like a prison yard honestly) but the best part isnt even that, if the trespasser doesn’t leave quick enough the security speaker yells and says “ I ain’t playin” or “you in (insert clothing) betting move I ain’t messing with you” acting like thugs on the speaker representing this company, it’s highly unprofessional, it’s often within the 2-4am hours and calling to complain does nothing. They’re rude and disrespectful. It’s happening so often we are now as a block rallying together to complain to the city. We live in the valley not a prison yard chill out and be respectful. Turn your speakers down and only voice one warning and then send the cops out and be done don’t act like some gangster thugs yelling into the microphone waking the rest of the neighborhood.

Edited: reply to the company: I never said I called- I said what your employees say on the loud speaker. I will suggest as of recent those comments on the loud speaker have stopped and it sounds more professional.

Well for installing alarm systems for safety your employees sure don't hesitate to turn in front of oncoming traffic going 35 + not very Safety of you.
