They are closed Sunday's but Clayton took my call and instead of putting me off and waiting to send a technician Monday he troubleshooted my problem and now my hot tub is heating up!!! He saved me over $150 and went above and beyond to gain a customer for life! I will support this company !!! Thank you so much!

We bought a hot tub from Brandon Moseley last June and had a wonderful experience from the time we walked in the door to the delivery and set up of our spa. Brandon went way above and beyond to make our experience with Pool World a great one!

Pool World has been awesome to work with, from the showroom to installation and support. Everyone has been extremely knowledgeable and professional, taking care of every detail. There are lots of options for spas out there, but Pool World gets my highest recommendation!

I usually do not take the time to do these things, but when you receive such great service it needs to be shared. I walked into Pool world needing a filter and chemicals for my Apollo Spa. Grady helped me and took above and beyond extra time to explain what was happening in my spa and easier ways to maintain my water. I would like to thank him for taking the time and helping me.

Pool World is your one stop spa shop! Clayton is super helpful and they all abide by the rules and wear masks for their and your health. They will test your pool or spa water and make sure that all levels are adequate and if not, what chemicals or enhancers you need to improve the quality of your spa experience. I'm a forever customer!

Had a problem with a jet pump after draining & refilling my tub. Owner's manual troubleshooting information didn't solve the problem, but Kayla DID. I took a sample of the new water in for testing and told her about my problem & she asked ONE question, and it was the right one. I did what she told me to do & - problem solved. Kayla & Bryce at the east Valley store have been super great to work with!

Jet Pump Replacement - on a Sunday afternoon, on Oct 3rd 2021 my two speed jet pump was failing and making a load bearing noise. I called Pool World and spoke with Clayton (who was very helpful) to find that they had a pump in stock to replace my failing one. I have the Hot Springs "Relay Model" spa and have had it since 2014. The new pump, was literally plug and play. Nice to have a business open on a Sunday when you need them the most! Thank you Clayton and Team Pool World!!

Phenomenal service from Pool World! We purchased a home in Spokane, moving from out of town. The new house had a pool, which was an absolutely new adventure for us. Unfortunately, the liner was obviously at end of life so we knew we were jumping into a big expense. Devlin, at Pool World, had every opportunity to oversell me items. He consistently gave high to low options and made sane recommendations. He had the project completed faster than projected and was super available to answer all of my newbee pool owner questions! Devlin's information has been consistently right on the mark, and not overselling! I have SO APPRECIATED his expertise and personal professionalism! Also, we moved in on Memorial day weekend. At 5:40pm, Friday evening I noticed that the automatic chlorinator had a cracked tube and was spraying water. In a panic, I called Pool World, knowing that it was 20 minutes to closing for a 3 day weekend. Sara Jane was AMAZING. She walked me through a temporary fix that got us through the weekend, and she did it with the sweetest, kind disposition... staying on the phone after closing while we got the little crisis under control. They've earned my loyalty, and in the service industry... that's saying a lot. Highly recommend!

My wife and I have been exceptionally satisfied with the quality of the pool we purchased in 2015. The expertise and craftsmanship displayed by everyone allowed for a truly professional product. However, I would have been far pressed to purchase from this company without the customer care and knowledge displayed by Ted Puryear. Ted not only answered our questions and planned our pool, but also found the right company to do the extensive landscaping necessary. The result is a breathtaking environment that seamlessly compliments the architecture of our home. Through the 2 months of planning with our landscaper and the construction process, Ted was always available, providing invaluable insight into the functionality of not only the pool, but also as it would pertain to the landscaping.
I now look at our pool, and realize it is more than a body of water, it is a beautiful and valued addition to our home. One that started with Ted and his uncompromising dedication to quality!

Bryce was great at the initial sale when we bought our spa. Every time I come and get my chemicals he still knows me by name and knows exactly which pool we have and what we need. I really appreaciate his superior customer service.

I have been a customer w/Valley Pool world for 15+ yrs. Whenever I need my water tested, advice or products, I can ALWAYS count on Lance and Grady to give me the best and honest service needed. Both guys are very easy to work with and very friendly! They are both knowledgeable and professional guys. Keep up the good work and I am sure I will be in for more products soon :)

Pool World in the Spokane Valley is absolutely great to work with! Their entire team is well-trained and can answer any questions a newbie like me would have. I was new to pool maintenance last year and literally brought in a box of parts I had no idea how to assemble and use. They were all very patient and explained how it all worked!

From Ted, Mr. Pool World himself, who explained the mystery of water balance and protecting the pool equipment, to Lance and Grady finding me those outdated parts (special thanks Grady for tracking down that obsolete pump filter) and to Mark who opened our pool this year...we at LLEHOA are all very grateful for your expertise and friendly service. Great customer service from the first time I walked in, throughout the buying process, and continuing on through regular maintenance. Brandon has been wonderful to work with, going above and beyond to make sure that our Caldera spa is everything we hoped it would be. There is a noticible difference between Pool World and their competitors in my experience, both in staff and quality of product.

I love going here. They always have what I'm looking for or a better version of it. Brandon Moseley especially has been the most helpful to me. His explanations are crystal clear and honest. And his recommendations are always on point. I called him my new hot tub guy and he embraced the title with a smile. Great customer service, highly recommended.

We recently bought a hot tub from Pool World and had a great experience. Bryce, our salesman showed us many options that would work for our space, our budget, and meet our needs. He showed us the advantages of the salt water spa system. Bryce was very responsive and helpful all through the process of the purchase, the site visit, the delivery and f/u afterwards.
Logan and Bodie took care of the delivery very expertly. And answered all of our questions fully.

We had a little hiccup with our hot tub. A wire came loose that controlled the heater pressure switch. Just a slight problem as our temps dropped down to the low 20’s and then the single digits. (Ps the hot tub held heat amazingly well and only dropped a few degrees in the night) I talked with multiple people trying to figure out what was going on and how to fix it. Casey and Clayton where awesome, but Dan hit it out of the ball park. His care was genuine and he really worked with me to get things working. Can’t thank him enough for working with this “farm girl”. Also a thank you to the two young me who deliver the hot tub. They we very polite and professional and did a great job. Thank you all.

I recently purchased a replacement Hot Spas from Pool World at the Sprague Evergreen location. Once the replacement tub was delivered up on hook up for operation of the tub their were a couple issues needing Pool World Techs attention, Quick response and arrangements were made to repair. From the time of replacement Spas delivery crew, to removal of my old Tub to customer service at the store and techs quick response to taking care of the all the issues I could not have been happier with the professional service from all the managers, and the Pool World crew. I want thank Bryce in sales with all his help along with service dept. manager to the techs. This is truly what customer service is all about. In future this will be the company I want to do business with. Thank you Pool World.

My husband bought a Caldera spa from Clayton for my birthday. I highly recommend both the spa and Pool World's Sprague location. Clayton worked with my husband for weeks and I couldn't be happier with our purchase. The spa is of the highest quality and their service department is stellar. Matthew (?) from the service department came up to the mountains on a miserable day, cold, snowing, just horrible to be outside. But the service guys were consummate professionals. Stood there with smiles in the cold while patiently explaining everything, never once felt like they were in a rush to leave. Just incredible service all around. Pool world has gained a customer for life. If you are shopping for a spa, go to Pool World and talk to Clayton. Amazing service, amazing spas. You will not be disappointed!
