All reviews for Advanced Arborists Tree Service

Owner Eric and crew member did an excellent job of “beautifying”my front yard. Shrubs, bushes and hedge were trimmed and two decorative trees trimmed away from roofline. Eric is easy to work with, friendly, courteous and a good communicator. Job was done in record time and cleanup, also!! I am very pleased and definitely will use services again in future. I’m glad I found Advanced Arborists. I highly recommend them! Thanks Eric!!

Advanced Arborists is by far the best tree care company in Spokane. Our experience with Eric and his team has been great, and they set an exceptionally high bar with their work. Friendly and attentive, they ensure you're satisfied with their work. If ever you need work done to your trees or shrubs, Advanced Arborists should be your first call.

Eric always does a fantastic job. This is the second time that I have used him - and both times he has come out given me a fair price then come back with his crew and done a great job. I definitely recommend him. Thanks for the great service.

I had Eric cut down 3 of my spruce trees. He and the other worker both did such an amazing job! I totally would have understood if it took 2 days to finish, if not more. But they completed the job all in one day plus they cleared up the yard really well from any left over debris. Eric was super friendly and very professional. I will definitely be going back to him for anymore tree service I will need!

We've had Eric to our home twice for trimming trees and shrubs and both times have been great experiences. He is very professional, courteous, and knowledgable. He goes out of his way to make sure the customer is completely satisfied with the job. I would highly recommend his services.

We had Advanced Arborists come out and do some heavy duty trimming of a loved, but out of hand cherry tree and a battered arbor vitae.

They did such an amazing job on both. I feel I could put a level in the top of the arbor vitae and have it be true. The hedge itself looks healthy and attractive. Our cherry tree looks wonderful, it's so nice to see my backyard now.

They were on time, friendly and approachable. Definitely will recommend them to family and friends.

Thank you Eric and team!

It's always difficult hiring services for a home in which you do not live in. We found Eric via a random search for Spokane Arborists. He is friendly, courteous, and an excellent communicator. He scoped our job on the day we called him. He even reached out to a fellow arborist for a second opinion about a concern he had on one of our trees. We received his proposal within 24 hours and accepted. He followed through with his schedule commitments, being on time, and communicated with us over the phone and text during the project. He did an excellent job, including clean up. I would highly recommend Eric and his team.

We did not end up booking with this company, but his customer service and helpfulness to help me get my tree handled quickly was so appreciated! I contacted Eric at Advanced Arborists for a quote and wanted a pretty quick time frame to get our fruit tree pruned. I told him that I was calling multiple people/companies and he explained what I would want to look for and gave me someone else’s contact who might be able to help me sooner. The person he recommended gave a great quote, came out the same day, and I booked with him immediately.
While we didn’t end up using Eric since he was booking later than we wanted, his professionalism to get me someone who could help ASAP, even if it wasn’t someone at his company was so appreciated!

After meeting Eric and listening to his vast knowledge regarding the pruning of my trees and bushes, I was more than looking forward to him coming back to my home to complete the work. His communication is amazing, in addition to his professionalism and integrity. My yard looks beautiful once again! Eric went over and above in all that he did. Eric seems to really understand the definition of true customer service. I’m so grateful that someone passed his glowing reviews and contact info on to me.

Eric and his team did a great job trimming our arborvites. The work was done in a timely manner and completely cleaned up all areas. Also, Eric is a really friendly guy. This was our 2nd time using his services and will have him back again.

Eric and his crew are exceptional! They will ensure your satisfaction and will not stop working until you are happy with their work. Their prices are very reasonable - especially for the quality and completeness- and their cleanup. Very thorough. I’m not one to review - but I’m so glad I found Eric (Advanced Arborist)!

I would highly recommend Eric. He walked through the steps of his process to trim our tall pine trees and gave us options. He was a great communicator, very timely and thorough with follow up. His team did an amazing job cleaning up after the work was completed. he’s a great guy to work with and a hard worker. He will be part of our yard care on a yearly basis to trim shrubs. we highly recommend him. Great business.

Eric and his team with Advanced Arborists came and worked on two of our properties and did a wonderful job. Eric walked me through what needed to be done and explained pros and cons to trimming certain bushes and trees. I appreciated the honesty and explanations since I had not received any from other companies. I was given an estimate before he left that day and received a call to schedule in the time frame I was given. Eric was very professional and friendly. We will be using Advanced Arborists again.

We hired Advanced Arborists to prune our trees and shrubs and also remove a diseased tree. We were very pleased with the fair and reasonable pricing and the job was professionally done. Our yard looks great and we couldn’t be happier. We found Eric to be very personable, professional and so easy to work with. We will definitely be using him again in the future. We highly recommend Advanced Arborists!

As a DIY kind of guy, I was tempted to remove a tree from my backyard on my own. However, after assessing its proximity to my home and other structures, I thought it best to hire the removal out. When Eric came to give me his bid, I already had 3 others in hand. When hiring someone as an employee or for a job like this, often you know in the first 5 minutes if you have the right person for the job. That's how I felt with Eric and hired him on the spot. I made the right choice. He and his crew did an outstanding job removing the tree. They removed all the branches and stacked the trunk pieces as well as leaving the yard clean of debris. They were prompt and finished the job in record time. Their price was very competitive and I would recommend them. RJ

Arrived on time. Did a great job. No mess wonderful cleanup. Great experience very professional. Would recommend to friends and family.

We had two large pine trees located between a fence and swimming pool (a very tight space) that were leaning and had to be removed. Eric provided a very reasonable quote to complete the work. He answered all of our questions very thoroughly. Eric and his crew were very professional during the work and completed the removals in one day. They protected the fence and the pool along with the rest of the backyard. They did a great job cleaning up after their work was complete. They are a very personable group and we would definitely recommend them.

Eric and his team of Advanced Arborists have been out twice for me. Both times him and his team have done an absolutely perfect job. I would recommend his company to anyone needing help with their trees and shrubs. My thanks to Eric and his team for helping me with my needs.

Eric and his crew trimmed a very tall fence of arborvitae for us, as well as various other trees and shrubs. They also climbed two large ponderosa pines and cut out the dead limbs and tidied them. We are very happy with his work. I feel his prices are very fair. I also would like to mention that Eric is especially personable and knowledgeable.
He makes sure you are happy with the job as it goes along. Also giving yard advice along the way. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and plan to have him take care of our tree and shrub needs from now on.

This company and the owner Eric did an amazing job removing 3 big fir trees from the side of our house. They did such a great job and took extra time being careful and taking huge branches down on ropes and dropping the big trunk pieces into old tires so the yard was not damaged.
Their clean up was so thorough we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this company. The owner, Eric, is a really nice guy too!

Eric is responsive, easy to work with, a hard worker, affordable, and does a beautiful job!  After reading the Google reviews, I called a few places and after speaking with Eric, I hired him on the spot. He came to Idaho (out of his area) and after giving me a comprehensive, clear bid, he was able to get me in his schedule within a couple of days. He trimmed/pruned several trees, removed a tree, and completely cleaned up the debris. They were on time, respectful, and efficient. I can't say enough great things about the service he provided. We will definitely use him for all our tree needs in the future and highly recommend him!
