Kurt was very kind and helpful over the phone and gave us tips of what to try first before we set appointment. The tips worked and no repair needed.

Kurt responded to my request for assistance immediately and explained everything he was doing throughout the repair. He also made necessary adjustments to the appliance location in order to enhance the overall outcome. Fast, responsive, and extremely professional. Worth every penny and then some. Don't call anyone else!

Kurt was great! Very communicative and was able to come out quickly for a good price. He was through in explaining and showing us what the problem was with our dryer and we appreciate how he was upfront about the cost and timeframe for parts and whether or not it was worth it to fix or simply replace.
