Tim came out to work on our dishwasher! He was knowledgeable, personable, and explained everything well. Would recommend this company highly!

Super quality. Great service. Super great service tech. Fixed my machine in an hour. My machine did not work right from the beginning. It was brand new. Thankfully it was still under warranty. It would not spin. I couldn't even put 2 bath sheets in it to spin. The young man was friendly, smart, knowledgeable and punctual. He definitely knows what he's doing. This young man is an asset to Jeffrey's Appliance Service, they are lucky to have him. I'm sorry I can't remember his name. I wish his name was on the card he gave me.

We had struggled with two repair companies/technicians on our microwave/oven combo prior to calling Jeffrey's. Those companies gave us the run around for many months. We made one call to Jeffrey's explained what was going on, they came out when they said they were going to. Spent one hour fixing the issue, had the parts with them (previous companies made excuses and we had to wait months for parts) and fixed the problem. The service tech was fantastic! Answered all my questions. Jeffrey's will be my first call every time now! Thank you!

I've used Jeffrey's Appliance before and it has always been great. In my last experience Erick O. came out and diagnosed, dismantled and somehow managed to reconstruct my front load washer in a few hours. I didn't realize the magnitude of the project until I walked downstairs just to check in on him and there were parts spread out everywhere. I was a bit taken back but he was diligently working and had it all put back together shortly after. I am so glad this is something I did not attempt myself.

Washer has been working great and I can now set up a load to start early in the morning and it doesn't wake me up with what sounded like a jet plane powering up for take off.

We used Jeffreys Repair for the first time due to issues with our dishwasher. Rick was the first guy to show up and honestly I have never felt so disrespected in my own home! He was so unfriendly that it made him come off as rude and he made me feel like I was wasting his time. He ended up needing to order a part and even though I didn’t care to have him back in my home, I decided to let him finish the job because I was tired of not having my dishwasher but to my surprise Keenen showed up and was a complete opposite! Not only was he friendly, but he was very professional and he made sure we understood what was wrong and what he did to fix it. He more than made up for the previous bad experience and I will defiantly use them again as long as they send Keenen back!

Tim came and serviced my dishwasher. He was polite, prompt and didn't mind me picking his brain about appliances in general. Definitely would recommend and use Jeffrey's again!

Highly recommend Jeffrey's for appliance repair. Specifically, my service technician, Keenen. When I called to set up the appointment, they were able to get me in the following week! Keenen showed up during the allotted appointment window and got straight to work. He came prepared with the necessary tools and replacement parts to fix my laundry dryer. He was professional and great to work with. Before replacing any part, he gave me an estimate on the spot so I knew what the cost would be upfront. Even after he addressed the main issue of a broken heating element, he also noticed and took the time to fix a known manufacturing issue with my dryer that caused unnecessary noise. He also fixed the top cover that wasn't closing shut completely. All-in-all, he did a fantastic job and exceed my expectations. Will definitely reach out to Jeffrey's again for future appliance repair.

tl;dr Highly recommend Jeffrey's for appliance service repair. Their techs do excellent work and go above and beyond to leave your equipment working better than before they arrived.

Jeffrey’s Appliance was great to work with! They helped us get our fridge up and running in no time. Our technician was Keenen and would 10 out of 10 recommend him. So polite, knowledgeable, and kept me informed the whole time.

Alexander arrived on time and ready to repair our Microwave oven. He was fast, efficient, respectful and was a quick study in figuring out a confusing arrangement of electronics. Jeffries Appliance is our go-to company.

I just have to thank lance for all his help. He saved me a hundreds of dollars and a couple of weeks of wait time to fix my washer.my panel got locked and would not let do anything. He looked it up online and told me how to unlock it.The store was closed when I pulled up and he opened it back up to help me. Other stores won't do that. I had to buy a lid lock to and they told me how to fix it myself saving me more time and money. They were so helpful and I'm so thankful. Best store ever

Just had my washer repaired by Jefferies, excellent service fast, friendly and very thorough!! First thought was the drain pump had gone bad but further investigation there was a huge clog in the drain hoses due to a rug losing it's backing during the wash. Saved me from purchasing a part I didn't 'need. Due to overwhelming calls the the service agent was late getting to my appointment but the front office and even the service agent kept in contact updating with arrival times which I really appreciate! Jeffries remains at the top of my call list when I need work done on my appliances.

I had Joseph out to sort some issues on a brand new induction range. Not only was he prompt, polite, and kept a tidy work area--in no time he found some settings that were misconfigured at the factory and he got my range up and working just as it should be. Nice guy, good troubleshooting skills, and quick service. You can't ask for much more than that.

My kitchen sink disposal stopped working. I phoned Jeffrey's and they sent two techs out that same day. The techs arrived on time, were very professional and very knowledgeable. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 5 minutes. Then they told me how to fix the problem myself if it happened again. The fee was very reasonable. I would recommend Jeffrey's to anyone!

The technician Jeffrey's sent out on the first visit, wasn't able to solve our frig problem. So, I requested another appointment. On the second visit, a very experienced & amiable technician was extremely thorough and was able to find the root cause of our problem. Jeffrey's did an AMAZING job of "service recovery" by only charging us for a 15-minute visit, though the technician spent much more time than that on fixing the problem. We are grateful to have a new water hose to the ice maker now. No more hazy, smelly ice!

We had an issue with our fridge that needed some work and help that was kind of an urgent issue. These guys were able to work some magic and make it happen, which was amazing. They had great communication, had dome some preliminary research on our project, and were able to complete it in an efficient amount of time. Simply superb all around. It's not often that places go above and beyond for customer service and just plain helping out someone but this is one of them. cant thank you all enough!!!

Jeffrey’s Appliance Service saved the day! Our Miele washer was broken for almost a year. Fred’s Appliance, where we bought it, was zero help. Stephanie at Jeffrey’s Appliance was polite and proficient and scheduled Joseph who responded quickly and expertly repaired our machine and was extremely knowledgeable and personable. We highly recommend Jeffrey’s Appliance.

These guys are fantastic! Don't look anywhere else for your appliance repair needs. They are fast, efficient, and courteous. I just has Eric fix a botched dishwasher install by another company and it looks better than it did when first installed. Eric was really nice to interact with - really appreciate him and Jeffrey's! These guys rocks!

The LED lights on our 7-year-old Whirlpool refrigerator failed last month. It took four service calls over six weeks to finally diagnose the problem, order replacement parts, and finally solve the problem, which turned out to be compromised wiring behind a panel in the back of the freezer. Three technicians were involved. One tech in particular, Dan, spent a total of more than two hours over two calls, at time consulting with a senior tech, Joseph, at the shop and over the phone, to keep digging at the problem until he finally discovered the compromised wiring. Fiona, who came on the fourth service call to replace the LED modules damaged by the compromised wiring also did a very professional job of getting it all back together and working properly. The willingness of Jeffrey's staff to keep at it to a successful resolution was superb! Thanks to all three for your excellent work!

We had a service person at our office, his name is Dave and he did an outstanding job repairing our dishwasher. Dave was knowledgeable, clear and concise, and had a great attitude.

Appreciate the great customer service over the phone today from the parts department at Jeffrey's. Called with error code for GE smooth top cooktop. Older model so wanted to confirm if even fixable. Jeffrey's friendly rep looked up info using several sources and confirmed no replacement parts anymore. Offered part # if I wanted to try sourcing from ebay, etc. (declined, time to go shopping! :-) Appreciate the ease to get answers and professional help. Thank you!

Jeffrey's gets the repair done right again. I have used the services of Jeffrey's several times and have always received quality service, great communication, sensible prices, and superb technicians. On my recent dryer repair issue, I was scheduled for a repair timeslot, when they called and were able to fit me in sooner. Rick the technician came and dove into the task. He is an excellent tech, with a good sense of humor. He serviced my dryer quite well. His professionalism was much appreciated, and he took my sleep deprived surliness in stride, and pleasantly provided high quality service. He is a credit to himself, his craft, and to Jeffrey's.
