All reviews for Cornerstone Construction & Development, Inc.

Working with the Team at Cornerstone has been a great experience. The Project management team is fantastic. Melinda, Matt, and Todd do a great job managing and overseeing projects. The onsite supervision is just as great. It is a pleasure to team up as a trade partner on projects. Look forward to the future projects together.

Cornerstone has been a great partner to work with on commercial projects. They work hard for the customer and communicate well with subcontractors. Looking forward to working with in the future.

Cornerstone is a valued partner of mine. They consistently turn over quality projects on time with exceptional professionalism. Melinda, Todd, Isaiah, and Matt are top notch!

Melinda was wonderful to work with. She approached challenges holistically and timely. She was easy to contact and responsive.

Cornerstone's crew is a fantastic group of professionals. From a consultant’s perspective, their proactive approach minimizes headaches, they quickly handle surprises as they arise, and safety and quality remain front and center throughout the project. I've worked with Melinda as a Project Manager a few time and she’s the steady driver who greases the wheels and keeps the bus rolling smoothly. I've come to realize the people there have the dedication and drive it takes to have a successful project. With Cornerstone, you know what to expect, and I’m always glad to team up on projects we share.

Great team to work with. Always trying to do the best for their customers and it shows in the results. I would recommend this general contractor to anyone.

Enjoyed working with the team on the passages project. Everyone was very professional and worked well together. Looking forward to many more projects together.

The Cornerstone crew is fantastic. I worked with Melinda on a tenant improvement project a few years ago and she was organized, communicative, and had great ideas that lead to a better project overall. Also Cornerstone has contributed to a couple charitable organizations we work with and I could not be more grateful!

Great service!

I've had the pleasure of working with Meridian Construction, Isaiah Clow and Melinda Kudronowicz for several years now on a variety of different project types. Communication seems to be a lost skill these days but Isaiah and Melinda are always VERY responsive. Looking forward to working with them more in the future.

We started a company 6-1/2 years ago and our first project was with Meridian Construction. Since then, they have allowed us to participate in 10-12 projects, all of varying degrees of scale and type. Jobsites are clean, well run, and the superintendents put in great effort to keep the projects on schedule, which is a big help for subcontractors like us. Meridian treats us well, both in the field and from the office, with timely payments continually provided on completed work. We look forward to being their trade partner on future projects.

Cornerstone Construction built our office on the corner of Barker and Alki and it's beautiful!

The Christian Aid Center partnered with this team on the construction of our new Shelter for Men and Meal Complex, and we’re incredibly grateful for their work.

From early planning through project completion, their professionalism, communication, and commitment to excellence were consistently evident. Large-scale projects serving vulnerable populations come with unique challenges, and their team demonstrated flexibility, integrity, and a strong understanding of the importance of stewarding resources well throughout the process.

What stood out most was their willingness to understand and support our mission. This facility will serve thousands of individuals in our community for years to come through safe shelter, recovery programming, and daily meals—and their partnership helped make that possible.

We would confidently recommend them to any organization looking for a contractor that combines technical expertise with a values-driven approach.
