Wow! I am impressed good customer service and very helpful! The best part was it didn't cost a dime. Thank you for being so generous with your knowledge im definitely using you for my upcoming remodel.

Dependable, professional, and goes above and beyond. The CTC team showed up to do a job in my shop and provided the best service I have ever seen. They were reliable and also left the job site clean after they finished up. I would recommend them to anybody that has personal or commercial electrical work that needs to be done.

Great service! I needed an electrician on short notice and Charles was there within 2 hours. He explained the problem and fixed it quickly so I could get on with my busy day.

Remodeling construction before moving in. Timely, professional, thorough, and responsive. We noted that bathroom was darker than we wanted and they were able to quickly install extra light.

Needed to replace AC unit and they reconfigured electrical hookup to provide disconnect for outside condenser— all in time for HVAC installation and for patching before painters showed up, in very busy summer schedule.

Honest and very ethical owner. They have a great attitude and positive approach toward challenging jobs and obstacles. They like the job done right the 1st time.

Mr Clugston personally went through the problems I was having with outlets and switches. After he had left I had a problem and called him and he turned around and came back to fix something completely different “the switch” on my furnace. He went above and beyond and I so appreciate him. We called CTC when we were really in a bind. We needed work done to be ready for power to be put into our property and needed it quickly. Charles went above and beyond, was professional and we are very happy with his work.

CTC Electric is the BEST!! Our garage electrical outlet was not installed correctly. They figured out the issue immediately and promptly scheduled the much needed job. Charles came out to my house to fix an electrical outlet that was not working. He fixed it, and in fixing it, also fixed a flickering light in another part of the house. On another occasion he came out and added new 20 amp electrical circuit for our kiln. Everything has been working fantastically since. I would recommend Charles to anyone looking for an electrician! “Amazing” is an understatement to describe Charles. I arrived at my mom’s home & woke up the next morning to no electricity. After unsuccessfully trying to solve the issue myself, I left messages with a few companies—it was a Saturday morning, & no one was answering their phones. When I called CTC, Charles answered the phone himself & came over to save the day. He is knowledgeable, thorough & kind. He even called the next day to follow up. If you need an electrician you can trust to do a great job, I highly recommend that you give him a call. You’ll be glad that you did!

Charles and Jason are incredibly helpful and accommodating! My mom had searched all over her area looking for a specific breaker for her home and couldn't even get someone to come out and look at it without a huge fee. Charles was able to help over the phone locate a part and make sure my mom had help step by step. We literally were treated like family and there promise was accomplished "they gave her the power."
